This hotel is conveniently located in Earl's Court, close to the shopping strip and the Earl's Court underground tube station.
The street is very picturesque and reminiscent of old town London.
We were greeted by a friendly man in the lobby that made our check-in very easy.
The room was very clean, however it is very small. It would be more suitable for someone with limited luggage. Unfortunately for us, we were on a long holiday and had four very large bags and suitcases.
The bathroom was functional and very clean and modern.
Our breakfast was included, and the variety offered was very good. The staff there was extremely helpful and the food was plentiful.
My only issue was the amount of steps from the street level to the lobby carrying our baggage. A ramp would have been greatly appreciated.
Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at the hotel, but just be aware of the size of the room.
Already stayed here earlier this year.. Rooms are small but very clean. Hotel is easily accessible by tube from the airport using Piccadilly and District line. Staff polite.
Very friendly and efficient staff at check in - smooth process. The hotel is spotlessly clean from top to bottom and in a great location. Superb breakfast served by equally friendly staff. The rooms are ‘snug’ - as we expected - but super clean and comfortable. Highly recommended & will stay again.
It was a clean quiet hotel. It was exactly what I was looking for. The only note I would give is to perhaps start replacing matresses. I could feel Every spring. Otherwise an amazing experience.
I did not like the vibe. There is no space to work in the room. The sugfested lounge is the breakfast room which means limited availability. When I went there post breakfast hours, the room was occupied by the staff. ai simply did not feel welcome. Only the bare minimum is provided
The room was small but very quiet. The breakfast was exceptional, and the staff is very friendly. The Earls Court tube station is just a short walk up the street.
Cute well appointed boutique hotel - nice touches in room and o real. Nice bar. Room below ground not ideal - feels like basement with fake scratchy “carpet” guessing rooms on first floor and above would be better.
Hotel is close to subway and easy to find. Conveniently located to me and what i wanted to see and do. Staff is very polite and kind. I stayed in a tiny room on the first floor. I didn’t mind how small it was given that i spent my time outside for the most part. I am not sure what kind off VIP benefits is Expedia suggesting but i don’t believe i was given any upgrades or so…Very clean hotel and room. I would definitely stay there again

Liked: Property conditions & facilities
I enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and historical architecture
Loved having a singe room - so few hotels offer this! Almost perfect for the solo traveller - but very short on places to put things down. How about extending the shelf under the TV to give a minimal desk, with a suitable chair? I'm sure there's room. More shelving in the shower room (and tissues) would also be appreciated.
Rooms are really small and I was on my phone one night and someone complained that I was loud. Walls are super thin. Staff at front desk were great and rooms were super clean
We had a basement room and it was quite tight but it served our purpose well for a one night stay. Very close to food and the underground station for easy transport to other areas of the city and the airport.
Nice building, small room but did me for the night. Thirty quid a night parking is too much imo. Asked for extra milk to be answered with "downstairs" was rude. Kettle burnt me. Excellent breakfast
Cheap and cheerful! Wonderfully affordable for London. The rooms are small but we were there to explore so didn’t have a need for a large room. Spotlessly clean, very safe, very quiet, front desk staff were very helpful with our luggage - especially at the end of the trip when one of our suitcases broke! They were there with the duct tape to help us out.
Super close to the tube, lots of options to eat nearby and just a lovely little stay overall.
Lovely room, perfect for my needs. Well appointed. Staff friendly, great location only 2 mins walk to tube. Would definitely stay again. Felt safe both in the hotel and getting to the hotel as a lone female walking back at 11pm. Bed very comfy and really good blackout curtains.
