The room was very small and didn’t have a mini fridge. Staff were helpful, it’s in a good location, 10 min to underground, 30 min walk to Westminster abbey. Would stay there again.

Great little city break! The room is a tight squeeze, but was just somewhere to sleep for us. The hotel’s in a perfect location and super quiet despite being so central

The hotel location is ok, about 7 minutes walk to the Pimlico metro station. The room is very small and the hotel does not have elevator. I think other hotels are the same in that area. If you need a place to sleep, you can stay there. The staff of the hotel are friendly and helpful.

I had booked a twin room for myself and my daughter, but, on arriving at the hotel, found that the room had no windows because it was on the lower ground floor. The room was also extremely small (the two beds were pushed together because there was not space to separate them). I couldn't stay because of claustrophobia. I would recommend finding out in advance whether you've been allocated a room on the lower ground floor or an upper floor, if you need a room with a window. Other hotels in the immediate area could potentially have the same issue because of the age of the buildings.

Nice hotel, really helpful staff.
The hotel was lovey but please be aware they require a physical credit or debit card at check in which wasn’t on the website or confirmation emails as far as I could See. The staff eventually were able to assist me to work around this thankfully and they were really friendly and helpful. . Also lots of steep stairs, fine for me but worth noting.

The single room is quite small, but it has all you need from a quality room. The bed was comfortable, the amenities thoughtful, and the bathroom modern and clean. There is very little storage (no drawers for unpacking clothes) and the bed reached from one end of the room to the other, so fairly cramped quarters. But it was all I needed for a two-night stay and was very clean and very quiet.

Our original hotel overbooked and once we arrived they advised they had placed us at another of their hotels, which was a little disappointing because our travellers had a room, we were 30 min away from each other which made it difficult to meet up. The room was ok, there was no power in the bathroom which I thought was strange. Staff were not interested in helping us order a taxi, and seemed unenthusiastic about answering questions.
