Breakfast was great! Bed was comfy but bathtub was difficult and a bit dangerous. Especially for seniors and children. Strange odor in the room. Not sure where it came from but opening window help a lot.

Me gustó la ubicación, muy cerca de la estación del metro. La habitación aunque es pequeña (lo normal para Europa) era muy cómoda para dos personas; la decoración es muy bonita. Para el desayuno tienen varias opciones. Todo muy bien ♥️

Hotel has recently refurbished to a very high standard. Stayed on floor 9 with extra privileges. Staff very polite and sociable. Good breakfast plenty of choice. Would definitely stay again. I would highly recommend.

Customer service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Room clean, and comfertable. Only issue was the sensor light above the tea station was too sensitive amd would come on when i moved in bed often waking me up. Beds were very comfy. I would reccomend this hotel. Had an excellent stay.

Room was very small, but bright, and bed was comfortable, room very clean, everything worked, USB ports, large TV (though limited TV channels). Very convenient for London Underground..4 minute walk to West Brompton station on District Line, in the West End quite fast . Room was at extreme end of corridor so I found room quiet, and carpeted rooms and corridors help in this regard.

The room was modern and clean, but very small. It had been a warm day, so the room as very hot when we arrived, we put the a/c on and had it on all night, but it didn't make any difference, it appeared to only have a 'fan' function and not actual a/c. There was no room service, despite stating it was available on the website. Also there was no 'do not disturb' sign, just a 'ready for ckeaning' sign, so we were disturbed in the morning by room service knocking.
