Everything was okay - just that hotel does not have basic services where they have basic things like having a shaving kit was not present. I expect if hotel is 4 star or so -- they have those in stock or someone can get it for guests where required.
We had a weekend stay the staff are very pleasant and definitely make this hotel.
Breakfast was ok but we did have to wait whilst we prompted the chef to restock the empty bowls which we didnt mind we just had a short sit down whilst we waited.
Fizz friday is definitely a hit.
The rooms are clean and new but they are tight on space. Theres not really anywhere to put your clothes away so we lived out of the suitcase for the weekend.
Theres an iron and ironing board in the room
Im not sure if we took any wrong turns but it definitely wasnt a short 5 minute stroll to the tube station it took us about 20 so we got a cab most days to where we wanted to go and also back to liverpool street

Too little room, even for central London for three
Rooms are not designed with three people in mind. Yes, there are three beds but you could hardly move around the room, it was a constant traffic Jane when getting ready to go out. It’s central London and room is scarce, but the location could’ve at least included some well designed storage space- there wasn’t any so our items were everywhere. Only book if you’re a single.
The hotel was in a great location. Easily accessible to and from public transportation, dining and more. The staff was attentive, friendly and awesome! Would stay there again for sure!
