Room was spotless, including the bathroom. Excellent location just a 3 min walk from Finsbury Park Station on the Victoria Line. We visited the Royal Albert Hall and arrived at Kings Cross Station from the North and this was perfect for quick access across the city. Room was extremely spacious and good lighting - with all amenities. We did ask reception for some emergency tampons/pads and they did not have any which was disappointing and should be improved.

Clean rooms, common areas also spotless. Any interaction with staff member was always positive. Only 2 negative issues were the breakfast buffet ran out of a couple of items both mornings that we stayed. Also the A/C never seemed to effectively cool the room. Actual room temp was 24°C even though i had it set to the lowest possible setting (16°C) Wouldn't like to be staying in that room during a heatwave! Room no. 721

Room right next to a fire door as this was in use for much of my stay, which meant little sleep. Pillows really hard, but bed was fine. Room was clean and bathroom spotless.

Enjoyed our stay

We loved the location, right off the tube line in a bustling neighborhood in London. The staff was friendly and approachable. The breakfast had something for everyone and especially me, the vegan! Always nice to have plenty of fruit, plant milks, whole grains and some veggies to choose from, so thank you! My only “complaint” is the lack of organized space (i.e. closets or drawers) to unpack anything. Even the bathroom had very little counter space to keep things. We lived out of our suitcases for the week. Aside from that, we would definitely return to your hotel because of the rest of the good things mentioned above. Thank you for a nice stay!

Great find!

Perfect location both for public transport and proximity to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Food in the Grain and Grill was great although at lunchtime the service was a little slow. Breakfast was great too and all in all would definitely stay here again. Small grumble, three of us in the room and only two sets of towels.
