The luxury pent house river view apartment is intricately designed and comprises of large hallway, modern open plan living/kitchen area with spot lights all through the apartment, two good sized bedrooms, high specification bathrooms and secure, designated parking(Please note that parking is charged at an extra fee of £9 per day).

**A non refundable cleaning fee of £150.00 will be charged, and a security deposit of £400 will be pre-authorised and refunded upon check out**
The space
You nearest bus stop is on Plumstead Road. Bus routes 96, 99, 122, 177, 180, 244, 380, 422, 469, 472 and N1 pass
through this stop. These routes are operated by Selkent, Stagecoach London, Arriva London, London Central Bus Company and London General for London Buses on behalf of Transport for London.

Your nearest train station is Woolwich Arsenal, which is walking distance of Royal Arsenal Riverside. Services from this
station are run by Southeastern. Trains run approximately every 10 minutes to London Cannon Street, and every 30 minutes
to Charing Cross. Dartford and Gillingham, as well as other destinations.

Woolwich Arsenal is on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR). Services from this station run direct to Bank and Stratford
International, as well as providing links to London Underground lines.

The new Crossrail station called Elizabeth line, is due to open within the heart of Royal Arsenal Riverside in the near future.

The new railway, which will be known as the Elizabeth line, will be fully integrated with London's existing transport network and will be operated by Transport for London. Services from this station run to Abbey Wood in the east or Reading and Heathrow in the west. The project is building 10 new stations and upgrading 30 more, while integrating new and existing
infrastructure.

A free ferry service operates between Woolwich and North Woolwich, providing a link between the north and south circular Roads across The River Thames. The service operates a two boat service every 5 to 10 minutes between Monday and Friday. This service reduces to a one boat every 15 minutes at the weekends and public holidays. There is no service on 25th and 26th December and 1st of January.

If you appreciate the advantages of river travel then travel on the Thames Clippers from the on-site pier on the River Thames
to The 02 Arena and other interesting places in London.

Once you have registered online and received your membership card, you can reserve a vehicle online. A car can be booked up to a year in advance. There is an annual fee of £59.50 and then
either an hourly or daily rate which varies according to the model of car and day of the week. This charge includes fuel,
insurance, the Congestion Charge and up to 60 miles of travel per day. Using the Zipcard that unlocks your reserved
vehicle, you can fill up your Zipcar with free fuel at any petrol station.



The space has been decorated to high standards, comprising a spacious and elegant open-plan living room with floor to ceiling windows allowing a lot of natural light into the apartment and also overlooking Canary wharf and the whole of south east London and Central London, a large and stylish bedroom with a comfortable king size bed and double bed in the second room, and two cosy and relaxing massive bathrooms. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and offers a selection of teas and coffee. There is also a massive 75inch Samsung QLED tv, Netflix, now tv, amazon prime is also provided free of charge on the smart tv.

There is a secured gated parking at the property that require remote access and is available upon request (Please note that this parking is subject to a daily fee of £9.00 per day).

If the sofa bed is required, this should be stated at the booking stage in order to be provided with extra linens and towels

London business trip
We were pleased to be able to bring our cats with us but this flat was not as described - it was not a penthouse and didn’t have a river view but was technically riverside. It was a clean adequately furnished flat but I wouldn’t describe it as luxury. We needed to use a key fob to enter the block but only had one which was inconvenieny and we didnt have access to the underground resident’s car park so had to park in the nearby public car park.

Perfect! Communication with host was by far the best I’ve ever had. I asked what the best means of transport would be from LHR (while waiting for bags) and they offered a car. It was there before I received my luggage! Coffee maker was broken, had it replace the same day! Zero issue with this booking. Absolutely great customer service.
