Disappointed with the Stay
I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, a handyman spent half an hour fixing things in the apartment, which was an unprofessional start to our stay. The cleanliness was subpar, as we found ants inside the apartment, making it uncomfortable. The facilities were poorly maintained—the water pressure was terrible, the fridge was not functioning properly and failed to keep items cold, and the living room door wouldn’t close securely. As if that wasn't enough, the flooring was hazardous; a piece of wood even got stuck in my friend’s foot! After reporting these issues to the staff, their response was deeply disappointing. They said, "We moved you to the bigger apartment so we thought this was better for you," and then asked if I would rather stay in a smaller room or have ants. This lack of accountability and disregard for guest comfort was unacceptable. Additionally, the code to access the apartment inexplicably stopped working after two days, leaving us locked out and inconvenienced. Overall, this stay fell well below expectations due to the lack of basic maintenance, functionality, and professional service. I cannot recommend this property.

Lovely flat
The property was clean and well furnished with utensils and crockery. Location was great Access was easy and the agents were quick to respond There was no washing up liquid or dishwasher tablets provided tea and coffee was not provided. I’ve stayed in many places similar to this and there has been this provided. This is my only criticism
