It was a beautiful place to stay. Everything was so convenient , I didn’t like that the bathrooms had no shelf or counter to put anything so it was all just on the floor. ugggg that was yucky.

What a great location, across from Victoria Station, walkable to many great tourists spots. The breakfast buffet was so good! Great hotel. New and modern facility. I would definitely come back.

No front desk service to help w cabs No wash clothes in the bathrooms Limited front desk smiles, just “sorry we don’t do that” Bellman took us to our room only to be called and told we had to move as the room had maintenance scheduled Breakfast is cafeteria style for several hundred guests at once Bar service was good Bellman Jolly was fantastic

Great breakfast, convenient to public transport

The free breakfast had a large, diverse selection of food including gluten free products. The hotel's location was a short distance from the tube and several major bus lines so getting around the city was very convenient. The room was comfortable with an area to hang clothes but only one drawer for other clothing. The room was not large, but that's not important to me because when on vacation, I use the room for sleeping and not much more. The shower was good size with great overhead rain capability. I would stay at Riu Plaza again.
