It was a comfortable stay. The pillows were all very soft. I would have also liked to see real plates and cutlery at the breakfast, instead of everything being disposable. Overall a good stay, and the breakfast included was good as well.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff are very helpful but seem to struggle with check-in. One of the debit machines wasn't working which seemed to add to thier frustration. Still, we had an excellent stay and would stay again.

A Very Good Hotel !
The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were quite helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The pool water was warmer than we liked (high 80's?) and they didn't have towels for us there. Overall, a very good stay for our two nights in the area.

We have been in this hotel previously and it was beautiful that is why we decided to book it again. This past time we were extremely disappointed in our stay. Big garbage bag full sitting in the hall our entire visit, our bathroom smelling like pee from the moment we walked in, garbage overflowing outside. When we went swimming both times we had to go to the front desk asking for towels, the second time we could only get 3 towels for my family of 5 because that’s all they had. The laundry basket in the pool area overflowing with dirty towels. Overall really disappointed will the cleanliness of the hotel and won’t book again
