The pictures are not accurate. The room we had had rust on the door frames and the bathroom fixtures like sink and bathtub. There was visible black mold in the air conditioning unit. Everything just felt and appeared old and worn out.

The hotel is in decline and needs to be updated immediately. They don’t clean well, and I found animals in the bed. I wouldn’t stay there again.

This place was horrible! Filthy and falling apart! Do not stay here! Staff was not welcoming..there were drug addicts and shady people throughout the premises. Don't waste your money!!

The hotel was okay, as we only needed to stay there for roughly 10 hours, but it definitely seemed sketchy. The hallways had scuffed walls with bad paint jobs that were peeling or mismatched. The room was okay but there were two guest and we were only provided one small towel. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The bed was comfortable and we slept okay, but you could hear noises from the hall clearly in your room and we could hear another room being vacuumed before we woke up in the morning. There was also a very loud humming that went off randomly. Sufficient for a short stay but I would not want to stay long term. Was the cheapest in the area and it felt like it.

Do NOT stay here! I booked and paid for a room for my son to stay overnight. When he arrived, they wanted a credit card on which to place a hold for "incidental fees", which would not go through because I was out-or-province. He is young and alone in a province and they said they would "drive him to another hotel". Incredibly rude staff not to mention dirty hotel. I will be requesting a refund.

Dirty, Stinking - Most people who worked front desk didn’t know what was going on…. i waited over 35 mins to check in … people swimming in the pool at 330 am - management doesn’t give a ****! wouldn’t recommend to stay, room looked gross and smelled gross.

A lot of times the hot water was not working, I have to use a kettle to hot water to bathe. Also I had to move rooms twice because the toilet was leaking. There was also a lot of noise from children running and playing in the corridor.

The room was dirty and there were no clean towels or facecloths in the bathroom. At least the bed was clean. We had to call twice to get towels. The garbage wasn’t taken out and no supplies for our second night. We should get a refund for at least one of the two nights.
