Not impressed
This property was not what it appears, first and most important location, it shows that is close to downtown but it wasn’t we pay Uber to get in and out because public transportation wasn’t near enough. The condo was clean but I wasn’t impressed with pillows and the bed were very uncomfortable, the owner needs to replace some of the furniture as well. The worst part was that we weren’t able to get WiFi, the person told us several times how but we just couldn’t figure out. Overall I’ll say not a good experience.

Staying on the canal was cool
Great apartment. We were greeted by our hostess and she showed us around the apartment. Seeing the house boats on the canal was interesting. One morning a group of kayakers were playing some game on the canal, it was fun to watch. We would stay here again.

My sister and I stayed here on a long weekend break, we loved the bright, sunny flat. we had our bikes with us and the location was perfect for exploring east London along the canals. Our host John was very helpful and communicative

Very nice apartment just like on the pictures. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Something to suggest would be that both keys should have the magnet to enter the building.

The apartment needs an update. The sofa very uncomfortable. Damaged swivel chair removed replaced with a plastic chair. The panoramic window needs blinds (there had been blinds at some point) cracked tile in the bathroom, toilet roll holders hanging off or not there at all. Main bedroom mattress needs replacing as do the carpets. The owner has been contacted the the above.

Nice view everything you need close by
The flat was in a nice location. The kitchen had extremely nice appliances. The one thing I would suggest would be a small booklet on how to use a few of the appliances. The location is easy to get around from both the bus and ferry are near by. Also there is a nice grocery store just up the toepath.

Excellent property
From booking on, communication was fab. Svelana met us when we arrived, and the property was brilliant. It had everything we could possibly want, and was really easy to get to and find. It was about 6/7 mins walk to west ferry station, so a great place to get to anywhere from. The property was in a safe feeing neighbourhood and the car park was convenient and secure. We loved the balcony, and spent a fair bit of time there, as we had lovely weather, but even if it had been rainy, it would have been a great addition! We will absolutely be looking to see if this property is available when we next visit London! Thank you!

We had a great experience staying here. The apartment was clean and well stocked for our family of five. A grocery store is nearby as well as a coffee shop. The train is a short walk away which can take you to London center.

Beautiful apartment but a little far out of the city centre
We went with my parents, who are in their late 70's, to this apartment. The apartment is beautiful with some interesting pieces of art on the walls, they were topics of conversation! The view of the canal is a plus. It was very clean and well maintained with everything you could possibly need to ensure a comfortable stay. The only thing that we thought could improve it, was to have bigger beds that weren't so low to the floor. My partner is 6 foot 2 and took up most of the bed! My parents had difficulty getting up from the low bed, especially my dad who has poor mobility. The bathrooms and en suite were spotless and modern. There were plenty of towels and bed linen. Also a hairdryer. Very well stocked. Unfortunately the apartment was a little further out from the city centre than we thought but this was our fault not the owner's. He was perfectly accessible via email for any queries and ensured we had all the details we needed to get to the apartment from Paddington as well as having a person to meet us and to contact during our stay. Svetlana was very helpful on arrival showing us everything and explaining certain things in the apartment as well as telling what we needed to do on departure. On the whole, it was a lovely comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Apt. In nice area outside central London. Public transportation near bye moderate walk. Worst sleeping accommodations. The 2 bedrooms have the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Mattresses very low to floor. Good only for children or midgets. Bathrooms adequate. Living/dining area small. Modern decor. Large mirrors deceive the openness of the space. Does have nice view of waterfront location & canal ducks, gulls & swans. This apt. NOT for the elderly or handicapped. Three out of four of our group sustained back pain & sleepless nights.

Nice Apartment very modern
Very nice apartment, they have a awesome driver Tommy that will take you Anywhere you want pick you up at the airport. Once you learn your way around the area you are close to public transportation and some nice restaurants. We enjoyed taking the water taxi To Westminster area and back to canary wharf. It is a little bit of a walk.
