The apartment was fine, but the sofa was disgusting and I just could not sit on it for the duration of my stay. This was reported immediately, and the team did try to clean it up, but it was so awful they couldn't do much. Otherwise the apartment was fine and comfortable. The sofa issue spoiled an otherwise good experience.

I initially got an apartment with a wifi issue. So, had no internet for one day. I was then moved to a different apartment where wifi was OK but the bathroom kept overflowing and water went all over the place even in the bedroom. I complained and nothing was done. I purchased an iphone 14 pro max and it was delivered to concierge but it disappeared from the parcel room. I kept looking for it for 5 days and it was not found. The concierge said it's not their responsibility and refused to give me CCTV footage as well. Not a good experience and very expensive for what we are getting!
