Nice room accommodations. I don’t sleep well under a duvet so I asked for a thin blanket and a sheet. They sent up a sheet and another duvet. I also asked for a bucket of ice and they said to hoof it up to the bar and they would give me ice. Then I asked for a washcloth and was told they don’t have any. Service at this location was sub-par to my usual Marriott experience. That’s all folks

We stayed here before getting a flight because it was close to Heathrow airport. The room was large, nicely decorated, had a huge TV, was quiet, and clean.

Outstanding for planes
This hotel was recommended by big jet tv,and it didnt let me down.the balcony attached to the 2 restaurant's give u the view to see the runway for heathrow.all the staff very friendly had a chicken curry with rice outside it was brilliant,the lady who took my order was super friendly.no complaints about my room at all,cook breakfast also nice i will come again.

Do not stay at this hotel if you plan on going to sleep before 12:30 am. We walked in close to 11pm and the woman at the front desk helped us get checked in. She said we looked tired from traveling and we told her it had been a rough time getting here. Then she put us in a room directly above or next to a dance club / disco. It was SO LOUD!! I called the front desk and they said it would stop at 12:30. It may have been the lounge in the hotel or the bowling alley right outside. Strange since the listing mentioned soundproof rooms. The bed mattress was also terrible. It has a huge dip on the left side. It’s clearly time for it to be replaced. The rooms were clean, however the bathroom smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. I wasn’t sure if it was because someone had smoked there or if it was possibly coming from the vent. Maybe we were just too close to the lounge / club whatever was going on.

Stayed one night here before flying home. I was going to go to a favorite local Indian place for dinner with my wife before I found out the hotel had the option. Fantastic combination of a hotel and great food with amazing views if you get one, and the staff were all very friendly. I will book this every time I come to London and need to overnight near Heathrow.

Okay but not great.
The room was good. My only dissatisfactions was the temperature of the room and temperature of the Sky Bar restaurant. It was arctic, like someone forgot to turn the heating on. I tried to increase the temperature in my room using the thermostat, but to no avail. For the price, i expect a warm room and warm dining area.

It was a bit inconvenient being that it was far from the city center but take that with a grain of salt...I had a car rental so... The staff were all great. Clean rooms, good size...the bed was not good quality though and to many doors to pass through on the 6th floor to get to your room. But, my stay was better than good. Thanks.
