This unique privately gated annexe has a huge outside space for a car and everything you need for a homely stay before you head off to your destination or want to explore Central London or nearby Windsor.

This one of a kind detached tiny house/Annexe is perfectly laid out for a maximum of 2 people. Thoughtfully designed with travel, planes and airports in mind, it has its own gated private entrance and is completely on the ground floor for easy access. Tired of your standard airport hotels? It features a cosy open plan living space with a log effect fire place, a two seater sofa and 43 inch Smart TV with free Netflix. There is a full kitchen with all appliances and a washing machine, folding dining table that can also be used as a desk, great for remote working with a superfast WI-FI hub.
The bedroom has a double bed with two built-in wardrobes and two storage cupboards; there is an en-suite shower room with a spacious walk-in electric shower.
Finally, you have a generous private courtyard that can park 2 cars or a van.

There is Netflix and YouTube but no terrestrial TV channels. We have tried to provide everything you would need for a homely welcoming stay, superfast free internet provided and everyday household necessities such as an iron, ironing board, clothes airer, kitchen utensils and food basics like coffee, tea, salt & pepper, oil etc. There is no dishwasher. We do have a washing machine.

Located in a quiet suburban neighbourhood you can walk for 7 mins to Staines Road where you will find Costa Coffee, Tesco supermarket, Gregg’s bakery, a traditional fish and chips takeaway, pharmacy and an excellently rated Portuguese restaurant.
The property is close to some lovely nature, explore at Bedfont Lakes Country Park and Donkey Wood, both walkable from the house or 5 mins by car. Historic Windsor is only 25 mins by car or 6 stops from Feltham train station. There are many buses close to the property, take the H25 Bus or walk to Feltham Station which has direct links into London Waterloo in 25 mins, you can also access Twickenham for events and Richmond Park easily. Just behind Feltham station there are a wealth of larger shops, supermarkets, a cinema and restaurants.
Want to go a bit further afield you can get the 116 bus to Hounslow which has many familiar shops, a cinema, food stalls at Market place and there is the Treaty shopping centre.

There is free parking on the property, and free off street parking available. You can drive into Heathrow Airport in 10 mins by car/taxi/Uber to Terminals 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5. There is a bus stop 7 mins walk away from the property on Staines Road, you can get the H25 straight to Heathrow Airport or jump on the Piccadilly line for one stop to get to Heathrow Terminal 2 & 3. Need Heathrow Terminal 4? Get bus H21 direct taking just 15 mins. Finally for Terminal 5 you can take a number of buses to Hatton Cross and ride two stops on the Piccadilly line. Going into London? Get the fast train from Feltham Train Station to London Waterloo or get the bus or walk to Hatton Cross Tube and take the Piccadilly line direct to Central London stops Piccadilly Circus, Green Park, Covent Garden, or Leicester Square.
