tired and dirty apartment not as described
We were allocated a 2 bed apartment in a great location, however the apartment was filthy - lots of things were broken including the patio door which could easily be opened from the outside . - a huge security issue . There were hairs in one of the beds , the bathrooms had cracked loose tiles and hairs in the bathtub - there was dust and crumbs on the floor and the apartment was just generally in a poor state of repair . Overall I feel we did not receive what we had booked and paid for. Very disappointed .

We stayed in 5 different apartments during our trip to the U.K. This was the most disappointing. We were told to go to unit 13 to check in and pick up keys. We got an Uber there and then was told our actual apartment was 3 miles away. They did get us a taxi but it wasted another hour. When we arrived at our two bedroom apartment one of the beds was not made. We called to ask them to come make up the bed. They told us they could drop off sheets pillows and a comforter and I told them no: make up the bed for us as we are paying. They did. We had 2 lumps of soap for 2 bathrooms. 1 spare toilet roll between the two and one only had 5 sheets left on the roll. No shampoo. No body wash. Skimpy towels. The carpets were disgustingly dirty. The closet was a hanger over the bedroom door with 3 coat hangers. The lights had dimmers but none worked. The lights in the living room we so low you couldn’t see at night. It smelt and the corridor smelt worse. It had been left to deteriorate. Light bulbs did not all work and the front door lock was hit or miss. Needed a major makeover. And the water out of the tap tasted disgusting. A couple of tea bags were left with sugar but no milk. Very poor compared to our other experiences

This property is located a bit away from the check in location, which is very inconvenient. The apartment could use a decent cleaning as there was thick dust on ceiling fans. The shower water is lukewarm at best. There were several issues which should not have been an issue in the first place. The first issue was that two doorknobs came off in hand upon opening doors. The second issue, which was a major issue, there was blood on the comforters provided. I would not recommend the company that provides this apartment.

Key needs to be collected from a location 20 minutes away. Apparently, it is mentioned somewhere on the Expedia page when making the booking... Internet is slow WHEN it works Area advertised is different from the actual area of the apartment. not enough bed sheet and pillows, Overall very disappointing

This was a fabulous apartment. Wonderfully comfortable in a great location. We had such a lovely time. My only complaints are 1) having to go to an office across London to pick up the keys. It was a huge loss of time and expensive to take taxis all across town and 2) the nearest neighbours were indulging in some recreation that was exceptionally fragrant, if you catch my drift. It was a bit unpleasant. Otherwise everything was fantastic

The check in desk was little too off the beaten track, but service was good. The apartment location was good and spacious, but some of the furniture was damaged, a 8 litre cooking pot was available, but its over dimensioned for boiling eggs for four, a high chair would have been good as well suger was there but salt would also have been a good to include for simple cooking.

Sadly in need of maintenance 😟
The appartment was in the exact part of London that we needed to be in and very conveniently located between two tube stations. It was also spacious and well laid out. That being said, the carpets were so worn and stained in the master bedroom that we decided to use the smaller bedroom for sleeping, Medicine cabinet in main bathroom was falling apart and a light fixture was duct taped over. The last morning the circuits all shut off while doing a load of wash, there was a terrible “buzzing” sound coming from the range (which we then shut the power off to) and we couldn’t use the toaster without blowing all of the breakers again. Management was notified and, hopefully, they will not rent out this particular apartment until the issues (especially the electrical) are fixed. Loved the space in the apartment and the ammenities (if they had worked) but everything was terribly in need of maintenance! I would be leary of renting through them again.

Spacious, great location, comfortable. Kitchen great. Only issue is there is a clothes dryer in a closet with no way to plug it in. Bathroom could use exhaust fan but don't know if that is typical here. Overall very pleased.

We did not get the property that was booked, the pictures were completely differnet from what we got. Although the apliances where new the apartement itself was so small you could barley move aound at all. There were so many other issues aswell, no railing on balcony, no wash cloths there was a washer but no dryer so you had to wait 3 days for your clothes to dry on a rack, the vedtoom was already so small and they put this huge useless couch in there wich blocked half the doorway to the bathroom. Overall the place was too cramped and was in a bad neiborhood nit child friendly apartemwnt at all. Would never stay there again.

We stayed at an apartment in Theobald's Rd Holborn ... sensational location with proximity to Trafalgar Sq/The Strand 15 mins walk. Holborn Underground 6-7 min walk, lots of local pubs, restaurants, Sainsbury's supermarket, Boots Pharmacy ... Only drawback was due to "heatwave" in London (28-32 Deg C) ... bedroom had ceiling fan, but lounge no fan ... and very noisy if windows open

2 bdrm 2 bath apt large comfortable steps from Barbican tube. Needs maintenance! Dishwasher doesn’t work lamps broken but bldg nice district nice. Good value if you look past the petty neglect.
