Great property but room key difficult
Great property really modern clean and tidy. Only issue was I couldn’t enter the property; yes I was emailed but went into junk, however a text or WhatsApp would have been good to prompt me information was missing before I got to the front door and couldn’t enter. The access itself would be better if you could use your phone as a contactless key instead of typing in the number each time. Regardless great stay and spoke 100% return.

We loved Bob’s!
I loved my stay at Bob’s! Everything about our stay was great! The rooms were phenomenal, the location was great, the whole stay was perfect. We loved that the room had a kitchenette, it felt homey and was modern but so comfortable!!! There was so many great features to the room like heated floors and a towel warmer. The keyless building and room entry was perfect. The location was great, we were withing walking distance of Tower Hill and the underground. There was a couple markets close by that made it super convenient. I loved my stay and would definitely come back!

Easy to find, get in & get around. Nice apartment with big bathroom. Could easily have been improved with ½ pint milk in the fridge. Real annoying frustration was the disparity between the obsequious sweet customer service messages and the complete lack of actual help when I needed an iron.

Very good place to stay, excellent facilities such as free washing/drying and plenty of nice amenities in the rooms. Be mindful of room service being at an extra cost and no front desk but nonetheless very good

Very nice property. Clean, comfortable. Had an issue with the clothes dryer it didn't work, but it was fixed the next day. We just had to hang our clothes in our room. Other than that, our stay was really good.

Really modern and clean. Fantastic amenities and cute little extras to make the trip more comfortable. It is near to the train line but ear plugs are provided and they don’t run all night (not that I was aware of anyway!)
