The elevator didn't work. Glad we were only one flight up. I thought I booked a property with air conditioning, this hotel didn't have a/c. The breakfast was good but overpriced.
Based on some of the other reviews, we didn’t know what to expect, so we were pleasantly surprised! The front desk people were very helpful answering questions and calling taxis for us. Yes the room and bathroom were very small, but we had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Air conditioning would have been nice since we came during a heat wave, but we always travel with a tiny 6” fan, so it moved the air around just enough. We did not have the breakfast so can’t comment on it. We would stay here again if we came back to London in the future.
Would have been 5 stars, if the lift wasnt broken. Having to carry 20 kg luggage up 2 storys wasnt fun

Small, nice staff
It's very small, tight spacing. No AC. Staff are very nice, tried accommodating to their best. It's a bit dirty and the furniture is old and outdated. It's ok for a short stay.
No air condition! Shower flow is very slow/light. Elevator is broken. The staff though are very friendly and helpful.

Elevator was not working. Staff was very kind to bring luggage upstairs to the second floor at check in and then again at checkout. Room was small but comfortable.
Check-in was very fast and easy. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and polite and we were given an option of rooms to accommodate my family. Five stars for the service. *****
Smallest room I’ve encountered in 50 years of travel. Tiny tiny bathroom. Elevator out of order; had to carry luggage up 43 steps to get to “second” floor; very dangerous. No air conditioning. Available blanket too heavy for summer, no top sheet available. Dirty carpet. Greatly damaged my opinion of Best Western. We were delayed one full day due to airline line delays but still had to pay for the missed day.
Positive note: staff very friendly and helpful.
Great staff super helpful and kind ; loved my room great comfortable bed and a cool window; missed out on breakfast because I woke up late every day lol . Keep in mind for what you pay for it is an amazing value
Awful room, you couldn’t swing a cat in it. Very noisy, windows not double glazed, walls thin so you can here people using the bathroom and other noise you really don’t want to hear.
Walking distance to underground train station and shopping and food. Also close to a 24 hour convenience store. Very safe to walk around. Excellent location.
Check in was friendly & super quick. Stayed in a single room & that is all i required. Just somewhere to sleep & shower. Would stay again if in the area.

The property needs some refurbishment. Very small room which needs some sound proofing. Breakfast: you need to work on hot food products like bacon and eggs - uneatable for me, the rest seems to be fine.
Location is very good 😊👍👍
