This house is well presented and kitted out. It's evident that the owner has gone to great lengths to make guests feel at home. Overall the experience was positive and I recommend this property, but the few cons did take the shine off the experience. Here's a summary of what mattered to me: PROs Beds Good number of pillows Mattresses - moderately comfortable Good selection for a family Kitchen Good variety of crockery/utensils Bathroom It says 2 bathrooms, but in reality it's 1 bathroom plus second toilet. Good power shower Hanging/storage Sufficient hangers for clothes Location Quiet Near local shops, restaurant and supermarket and transport links Near North Circular CONs Communication with landlord/agent Responses were slow both before the stay and during the stay. No Internet Electrical fault There is a sensor triggered light in the corridor which you cannot turn off. The problem is that every time the light is triggered, the lights in the front bedroom flash. This is like having lightning flash in your bedroom while you are sleeping, when someone goes to the toilet during the night. It was not pleasant. Plus it is accompanied by an annoying click. This makes for a poor sleeping experience. Too many decorative cushions Having to use the limited hanging & rack space to stack cushions from beds is not ideal. 1 cushion if you really have to. No shower curtain Consequently spent lots of time mopping the floor.
