Le séjour dans cet hôtel a été marqué par plusieurs désagréments. Lors du check-in, Shawn a proposé de renoncer au service de nettoyage en échange de cocktails gratuits, ce qui a été refusé, mais malgré cela, la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée un jour. La réception a accusé le client d’avoir laissé le panneau "ne pas déranger", bien que l’hôtel soit équipé d’un système de suivi des chambres en temps réel. Une caution importante a également été prélevée malgré le paiement complet du séjour, ce qui a été perçu comme un manque de confiance envers les clients. L’accueil a été jugé insuffisant, sans présentation des services ou du fonctionnement de l’hôtel, comme le système d’ascenseur. Les informations concernant les horaires du restaurant étaient incohérentes entre la TV, la réception et le personnel. Bien que certains aspects, comme la gestion des lumières via une tablette, aient été appréciés, d’autres, comme un crochet manquant pour fermer le rideau correctement, ont déçu. Le spa, malgré ses belles installations, manquait d’entretien, avec une piscine sale et des équipements défectueux. En résumé, l’hôtel présente de nombreux détails négligés, principalement en matière de propreté et de maintenance, qui nuisent à l’expérience globale. Plus d'efforts en termes de ménage et d'entretien sont nécessaires pour améliorer la qualité du service.
