Appartement agréable, spacieux et très bien situé, a proximité du bus et métro pour se rentre au centre de londres en 30 mn. Quartier résidentiel agréable avec commodités à proximité.
Par contre procédure d'arrivée et de départ problématiques : nous n'avons reçu aucune consigne pour la récupération des clés, pas de réponse à nos mails via le site homelidays. En fait il n'y avait personne sur place et les clés étaient à récupérer dans une boîte avec code : nous n'avions pas le code. Après appel à homelidays qui nous a fourni le numéro de tel du propriétaire on nous a indiqué que nous devions nous enregistrer à l'agence située à plus de 30 mn de l'appartement ! Pour le départ, les personnes responsables du nettoyage sont arrivées 30 mn avant l'heure indiquée du départ sur le site homelidays. Pas de possibilité de laisser les valises jusqu'à l'heure de notre train.
Due cose estremamente negative scrivo alla fine.
La casa è suddivisa su 3 livelli, ha 3 bagni, 3 camaere, cucina spaziosa, dotata di lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asciugatrice, forno a microoned, bollitore, firogirefi. La suddivisione in livelli permette l'utilizzo simultaneo da parte di più famiglie: ottimo.
Le stoviglie però sono inutilizzabili, perché arruginite e graffiate (pentole e padelle)
Al checkout abbiamo chiesto al Best western che si occupa del checkin, di poter mantenere i bagagli presso il loro hotel e ci hanno detto di si telefonicamente. Ma dopo aver raggiunto l'hotel, dopo 50 minuti di viaggio, con valigie e bambini al seguito hanno detto che non era possibile lasciare bagagli da loro perché non avevano spazio.
Ottima esperienza, vicina a tantissimi mezzi di trasporto e metropolitane. Apprezzato molto il taxi che dall’albergo ci ha portato in casa

A very acceptable location!
The house, bedrooms, kitchen were in a very acceptable condition, especially when you take in consideration the price we had to pay for an 8 persons accommodation.
Checking in is not easy, strongly recommend to make a phone call with the given number before you arrive.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment war im großen und ganzen ganz in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig. So waren die meisten Fenster so verschmutzt das man das Bedürfnis verspürte sie zu reinigen. An den Lampen und in den Ecken der Zimmer hängen Spinnweben und der Kühlschrank in der Küche hat auch schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Den Balkon könnte man nicht betreten weil es laut Aushang per gesetzt verboten ist. Wer es glauben will. Die Heizung in allen Zimmern konnte man nicht regulieren so das wir gefühlte 36 Grad in den Schlafzimmern hatte. Wäre auch nicht so schlimm wenn man zum lüften die Fenster richtig öffnen könnte, ist aber auch per Gesetz verboten sie mehr wie 10 cm weit aufzumachen. Vor der Haustüre begrüßte und ein Berg mit Wäschesäcken die die ganzen vier Tage d lagen und das bei feuchtem wetter( ich weiß nicht ob das so gut ist). Ansonsten kann ich sagen hatten wir einen recht schönen Aufenthalt dort. Wer nicht unbedingt perfektionistisch veranlagt ist kann bei dem Preis ruhig mal da hinfahren. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

適合一家人或一群人一同住宿,離地鐵站約8分鐘附近有餐廳超市還有大廚房所有配備完善 ,但辦理入住手續的地方是在另一區辦公室,辦理完入住不論你們幾人都會派車接駁,辦公室也可寄放行李,但服務人員服務不佳,發現無吹風機打電話詢問原說隔天派送,結果確無,再來又推拖一堆理由…最後第三天竟說之前是員工答應,但他們不知道他們現在沒有提供,讓我們一群8人住了四晚只能用毛巾擦乾…服務超級差勁!The hotel's service is really dissatisfied. We called three times to ask for hair dyer, the hotel promised us but finally they said they don't have hair dryer to service for us. As well as the towel. We live four days to ask more towels to use. They ignore our needs and also have bad attitude. We really unhappy with that.
Det här är en lägenhet som ligger i ettvanligt hyreshus. Nymålat och rent men i övrigt i dåligt skick. Inget varmvatten, vattenläcka i ett rum, svårt att spola på toaletterna osv. Det var också tråkigt att man var tvungen att hämta nyckeln tre kilometer bort. Receptionen låg ej i anslutning till lägenheten alltså.
