very satisfied
Louise is great. Was flexible for check-in, super sweet and welcoming and responsive to any question I had. The flat is super cute and the yard is the best part.The location is great if you want to be outside of the central city but easily accessible. We could get anywhere from the train station 5 minute walk away. The grocery store is less than 5 minute walk and there are great restaurants we went to close by in Blackheath. Very happy with our stay!

Great location!
I stayed here with my family, there were 4 of us, and this VRBO is a great location for getting to central London in 15 minutes on the train without having to stay in central London. Also some cute restaurants in the town of the VRBO itself, and very close to the supermarket as well. Louisa was a great host, and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had.

Highly recommend this flat. It was clean and comfortable. The garden space was very well cared for and such a peaceful place to spend time to enjoy. Louisa was kind and helpful the entire stay with any questions or help with navigating London transportation and sightseeing. You will definitely enjoy your time in London staying in this flat in Lee.

Everything was perfect. The home owner was so kind. We were running late for our check in. She stayed at the house to make sure we arrived safely. The home had everything we needed. The garden is fabulous. We hope to return soon.

Fantastic location and pet friendly
Fantastic small 2 bedroom flat in south east London conveniently located for Lee station with regular trains to central London. Massive Sainsbury’s across the road as well as take aways of all types of food and a decent pub (Wetherspoon) all in short walking distance. Free parking, too. All in all it is a great little flat perfect for your London visit. A++++++

Weekend stay for the London marathon
The property was easy to find, great communication with the owner, we did not meet her however she left clear instructions regarding access etc and was on hand to answer any questions, responding quickly to emails. The property was clean, well equipped and well presented great value for money and in a perfect location for Blackheath which was the starting place of the London marathon. The only issue was the bathroom door sticks so needs some attention. It is in a great location for sightseeing just a short walk to the train station to access central London and perfect for anyone running The London Marathon. We would definitely book again if we are ever in London.

Louisa was always available to answer questions
I loved exploring the small back garden. She has little surprises all over. Is that a black cat in the back corner? The property as stated is very convenient to the bus routes and rail station. It is an easy walk to the grocery and restaurants. Wish I had booked a longer stay. Two days was not enough to see London.

Beautiful and quietly located apartment with a beautiful and cozy garden. Train station a 5 minute walk away and you can be in London in 20 minutes. Coffee,tea,cereals,jam,…are available. Bathroom needs a refresh. Louisa is a friendly lady and is always available. Smoorh communication.

Au niveau salle de bain WC HS avec excréments dedans (WC non réparé durant notre séjour), système de douche inadapté, lave main en guise de lavabo. Zentrale und trotzdem ruhige Umgebung
Wer Multimedia liebt, ist hier genau richtig. 3 Zimmer und 4 Fernseher. Modern eingerichtete Küche. Gastfreundlich, Kaffee, Tee stehen zur Verfügung. Toller Garten. Das WC ist eine Herausforderung, die Spülung funktioniert fast nie, letztendlich haben wir den Putzeimer zum Nachspülen benutzt. Auch die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, in der Küche hat es fast überall geklebt. Auflagen für Gartenmöbel waren verdreckt.

Gute Wahl als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die City. 2 Doppelbetten.
Ruhige Lage, man kann vor der Wohnung an der Straße parken und das Auto dort auch problemlos stehen lassen. Die Bahnstation ist in nur 5 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar und man ist in 20-25 Minuten in der City. Supermarkt und kleine Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin Louisa war immer über Fewo erreichbar, hat sehr schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. 5 Sterne für sie. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung und sauber, alles etwas beengt. Der Garten ist sehr hübsch. Leider gibt es keinen Tisch im Wohnzimmer das Sofa ist für vier Leute etwas eng. Auch der Esstisch ist klein und es gab nur drei Stühle. In jedem Zimmer Fernseher, WLAN und Alexa, dafür ein veraltetes Bad. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung zu empfehlen für Paare oder Familien mit älteren Kindern, max 4 Personen.

Great cosy place great destination to start trips
The owner of the flat was always avaible. She answer just in time. Pitty we dont met her in personal. But the key was safe in a box. Bus 3Min. Far away. Few minutes the rail station Lee to Lewisham or charings cross ( downtown London Eye). Supermarkt 5Min by feet. The garden is so sweet. My favorite the hollywood chair.

Very hospitable host, great location
If you are looking for a typical English apartment in a quiet and nice suburbian setting, this is it! Buses and trains are all in 5 minutes distance, dito pubs, shops etc. The city centre is 30- 4O minutes away, Blackheath village and Greenwich Park only 10-15 minutes. Basic stuff like dishwasher tablets, cereals etc generously provided, also an extra matress in addition to the two kingside beds.

Gute Lage, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin
Trotz der ruhigen Lage sind Bushaltestellen, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Pubs in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß braucht man bis zur Railwaystation Lee, von da ist man in ca 15 Minuten an der London Bridge. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst.

El alojamiento ha sido todo un acierto. Nos ha encantado el lugar, un sitio muy tranquilo para descansar después de los días en Londres. Buena comunicación con la anfitriona (aunque hay que saber inglés, xD). Estuvimos 12 días y la tranquilidad del lugar se agradece para descansar. Todo estaba limpio y en orden. Lo único que nos falló fue la WiFi que por problemas técnicos estuvimos 6 días sin el, de resto todo genial. Recomendaciones: poner estor en el dormitorio principal, los días de verano amanece muy temprano y con la cortina no es suficiente, al ser un poco corta. Muchas gracias por esta magnífica estancia. Repetiremos!!!
