This space offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay including a new Queen-sized bed, a full kitchen, living area with a large recliner leather couch and TV / WiFi for some evening movies. A full-sized desk is available for those looking to work remotely with 2nd-floor views of grassy open spaces, mountains to the East, and valley sunsets to the West.
While this spacious area is typically set up for one bed, it is large enough to add a twin-sized cot, upon request, accommodating up to 3 guests and two vehicles.

I stayed in the property for roughly 3 weeks and it was clean and quiet, except for when the neighbors motorcycle would enter the garage. There’s a little lack of insulation such that the sound really carries. However, that did not diminish my enjoyment of the property at all. The property was clean and close to campus where I needed it to be.
