The girl at the front desk was really nice. However the pool was out of service and that was the reason we chose that hotel. The breakfast was pretty good. Overall it was pretty disappointing.

The amenities were wonderful. Pool, spa, gym and sauna were all wonderful. But the new massage chairs were a nice bonus (extra cost, but worth it) Fantastic after our motorcycle ride.

This is a very nice room. However, I am chemically sensitive and the room had been sprayed with some air freshener that was heavily scented. Most hotels are neutral, no fabric softeners on linens etc, so why ruin it with a scented spray.

Let’s start with the AC with worked well and the bed was comfortable. Things that didn’t work. We have been staying at this hotel for years and each trip has gotten worse. Non existent staff to has for help, dog hair all over our room. Not sure when it was last vacuumed. Jacuzzi is again broke. Fingerprints all over the microwave, not ours, at least in the past it was clean. There was an alarm at 3am that went off. Not a fire alarm. It’s so sad what bad management can do to a once, really nice hotel. We won’t be staying in the future.
