Overall a pleasant experience
Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Mattress on soft side, maybe too soft for those w back issues. Breakfast very continental but included. Overall very pleased w our stay.

The lounge chair, desk chair, and table were dirty, stained and over 20 years old. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. The toilet roll holder needs to be rebolted. Liked the large refrigerator and microwave in the room. Comfortable bed. Maid service appeared to be clean with linens, sweeping, and general clean of the room. The front desk needs a bell. We waited for the desk service person to appear who sits away from the front desk in an adjacent room. You have to talk loud to get her attention. The breakfast attendant was helpful. The breakfast could be improved upon with a waffle maker.

Felt unsafe - do not stay here
My son hopped into the pool from the side of the deep end. Not a dive, not a leap, just hopped back in after getting out to get something. The front desk attendant came running into the pool room to berate us about following the pool rules and said “this is your first and only warning and the next time I will have you removed from the hotel.” It was SO aggressive and intimidating, to be threatened with having no place to stay and physical removal from the hotel from one innocent and unintentional rules violation. I felt very unsafe and wanted to leave but could not find another option. As we went to leave the pool another family came in. I warned the other mom about the aggressive rules enforcement and as we were talking her small child, maybe 3, jumped into the pool. The hotel employee came back and gave the same “I will have you removed line” and as she was talking the child jumped in again, before his mom had time to address the behavior. The employee started SCREAMING at the mom and told them they were kicked out. My kids and I fled the pool area as she shouted. An hour later there were cop cars, I think the hotel called the cops on a poor mom whose only crime was an excited kid who jumped into the pool. And, the halls were filthy and smelled like smoke, there is no elevator, and the breakfast was absolutely awful. Minimal options and no water available to drink in the whole hotel.

Ive been to similitude Baymonts, but this hotel was special. I appreciate a clean bathroom and shower with Dove soap, conditioner and shampoo and this place has it. Stay here…..

The check-in staff was friendly and there were plenty of towels in the room. Check-put was easy The TV was sitting sideways and in a place that it was easy to bump There were no USB charging ports There was some kind of stain on the shower curtain and the bathroom felt pretty generally dirty

Tub was dirty, our checkout paperwork said checkout was 12 (noon) ... it was time change, fall back, weekend. Got locked out when our key no longer worked at 11. The front desk said checkout was at 11. SHOWED them our checkout paperwork that THEY slid under our door that morning showing in print checkout was at noon and were still told we were in the wrong and if we did not vacate the room within ten minutes we would be charged an extra night.

This is an EXTREMELY outdated property. The top of the bedside tables had the finish almost completely worn away. The sink would hardly drain at all. You had to unplug the lamp because the switch wouldn’t work to turn it off. For what we paid, it was very disappointing. Fortunately we only had to stay one night. Ew.

Reinvest in your property.
Shower did not operate correctly. Shower liner barely kept the water off the bathroom floor. Sink hardly drained. Entire hotel is in need of remodel.

Upon arrival door wouldn't open or latch properly. This was taken care of when we asked. French fries on room floor when we arrived still there the second day until I picked them up😳 Juice was all frozen and we had to ask additional items daily.
