Thanks to the well-developed city transport, as well as a short distance to tram stops (250 m) and bus stops (240 m), the location provides convenient and fast access to all attractions of the city. Some of the most important points on the map of Łódź, such as Manufaktura or Piotrkowska Street, can be reached by tram in about 20 minutes. The area has a well-developed shopping and service infrastructure as well as catering outlets (Bistro my Way 650 m), which positively influences the comfort of every stay. Grocery shopping can be done at the Biedronka 100 m away. An unquestionable advantage for those travelling by train is the Żabieniec Łódź station 180 m away.
