The property is located in the center of the island of Mallorca, which means all different corners of the island (mountain, sea and city) can be reached easily. The house has 3 bedrooms; 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom en suite with whirlpool, 1 bedroom with two single beds, and 1 bedroom with double bed and toilet and shower which are located next to the swimming pool at 3 meters from the house. There is 1 bathroom with rain shower, 1 living room-dining room-kitchen of 50 m² with a large sofa, chaise longue, and a dining table for 6 people. The 35 m² covered terrace is the ideal spot to enjoy great lunches and dinners outdoors. Furthermore there is a terrace with salt water pool of 9 m by 3. 50 m with a depth between 1 and 1. 50 m, as well as a barbecue and wood oven. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, vitroceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, and crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

The house is completely surrounded by vegetation and the risk of a forest fire is real. Therefore it is absolutely PROHIBITED to throw cigarette butts on the ground outside.

Diese Finca ist komplett restauriert und ganz neu hergerichtet, eine wunderschöne Kombination aus rustikaler Natürlichkeit und modernem Komfort. Das Anwesen ist Mitten im Zentrum der Insel, und somit kann man die Ferien ganz bunt gestalten (die Berge, das Meer oder die Innlandstädte). Ein idealer Ort um ruhige und entspannte Ferien mit der Familie oder mit Freunden zu verbringen.

Das Haus Bietet 3 Schlafzimmer (eines davon mit großem Doppelbett und eigenem Bad mit Badewanne, ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten und eines mit einem normalen Doppelbett und Bad mit Dusche). Die Wohnküche umfasst 50 m2 mit einem großen Sofa und einem Esstisch für 6 Personen. Eine Überdachung der Terasse von 35 m2 ermöglicht auch das Essen im Freien unbeschwert und beschattet. Direkt in die Terrasse integriert ist das Schwimmbad (9x3.50 m, 1.5 m tief - gereinigtes Salzwasser), eine Grillstation und ein Holzofen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Cerankochfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Geschirr und Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen.
