Exceptional group house
We had such a wonderful time at this property for New Year. It took our group of 12 adults and 3 children easily, feeling very spacious but also cosy. It’s brilliantly equipped with everything you need, the bedrooms are lovely, and the kitchen is the best we have ever seen for group cooking and dining. Top that off with stunning views and the bonus of a hot tub and you have simply one of the most exceptional properties we’ve ever stayed in. We’ll be back!

Lovely Christmas week for the family
Plenty of lovely rooms and features at this idyllic property. Bonus of a hot tub too! Well kitted out kitchen for cooking and shelf full of games and toys for the little ones. It's those added extras that made our stay that much more enjoyable! To top it off, the owner Anthony, is really helpful and attentive. A great find!

Great house well positioned and welll equipped great owners response
Had a fabulous time with our family from far and wide. The house was warm and inviting with everything we needed for a superb holiday. The position of the house se was excellent both private and has excellent views all around, really peaceful and although the weather wasn’t great there’s plenty to keep us occupied, ideal for exploring the island with Menai Bridge Caernarfon and Bangor only half an hours drive away. Plenty of supermarkets and little shops to explore as well, our host was great and responded quickly to any queries highly recommend hopefully will come again thanks

Outstanding property! Stunning, spacious, beautifully decorated and full of character.
Originally booked Mountain View for my Mother’s 70th Birthday gathering. Perfect for this kind of get together as spacious downstairs and a brilliant kitchen and lounge to host a party. Having searched online for days, not many properties had this, as well as a vast garden and the added bonus of a hot tub. When it came to it, my mother was too unwell to celebrate her birthday, but I decided to have a family long weekend anyway and took my Husband and four boys, ranging in age from 6 to 16 years. Attention to detail in every room was superb. Everything catered for in the kitchen so we were able to cook a big family roast dinner, have a curry evening and not once were we searching for a utensil or pan which we couldn’t find! There was kindling, firefighters and wood for the wood burner in the lounge, so our supply stayed in the car! The house was heated which made it for me, as having being brought up in Anglesey, I know how cold North Wales can get! Children remained lovely and warm which was fantastic after a very cold walk down Snowdon. The hot tub was heated to the correct temperature on our arrival, so it was used in the evening looking at the stunning night sky and marvelling at the stars. The garden was huge and not overlooked in any way (apart from a few sheep in the next door field) so my four energetic boys loved running round and playing football. Leading on from this, the washing machine came in handy for muddy clothes! The bedrooms were all absolutely beautiful with comfortable mattresses on the beds and perfect space to hang clothes, as well as having their own bathrooms. All decorated in grey and white with carefully chosen artwork here and there. My favourite room in the house was the bathroom upstairs with the stunning views, gorgeous decor and a free standing old fashioned bath. Bubble bath and a glass of fizz topped it off! A perfect weekend spent in a truly stunning house which none of us wanted to leave!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location
We had a lovely stay in this beautiful house. All decorating was completed to a high standard and everything worked as it should. Location was perfect and we could play music as loud as we liked as the only neighbours were sheep (and a friendly farmer). The owners were accommodating, responsive and very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Time Together
Our family went on holiday together, not for the first time I have to say. But it was the first time we went to Wales. We chose this property because of the facilities it offered and we were not disappointed, the house is stunning. The age group of our party was from 83 to 9 months and all were catered for . Very fond memories and a stunning area to visit. Highly recommended.

Mountain View
The house was lovely with 6 bedrooms all well furnished, a huge kitchen and lounge. All amenities were there including a hot tub. The scenery was beautiful and our weekend stay was so relaxing in the warm cosy comfort of this lovely farmhouse. There were plenty of games available to entertain all our party of 15 on the rainy day we had over the weekend. I couldn't fault the prompt attention we received on Saturday when the hot tub did not reach temperature, and Anthony arranged for it to be checked by the service engineer which had it up and running in a couple of hours. Excellent customer service. I would certainly recommend Mountain View as a lovely place to stay. The children visited a lighthouse called South Stack which they all enjoyed and were treated to McDonalds on the way back.

Excellent amenities gir large mixed age family group.
Everything practical and comfortable with sufficient recourses for all our needs. The hot tub was a great success after a long day on the beach. We mended the handle on the wine cooler cupboard but did not defrost the small freezer which needed doing as the drawers were sticking. The storage for bikes was appreciated as was the helpfulness of the cleaners.
