Close to town staff very good good food and service However room 126 is awful small shower tiny and floods extremely noisy every floorboard creaks very loudly can hear every noise from higher floors water gushing people using bathroom when.we spoke to reception she said yes its not a good room next time request a nice room! Obviously aware it was bad why have it in use if they are aware of it!shower very small no shelf when door closes u cant open it to get out high step to get in it also

If you want an early night’s sleep on a night they have entertainment on then I’d advise you to ask for a room well away from the ballroom ! We were next door to it which was so loud! Shame it spoilt out stay!

Disappointing
We have stayed here very recently, in fact only last month and were given a lovely room to stay in, however on this occasion i thought the room was terrible. The bed was very small and uncomfortable. Everything in the bathroom was cramped and very small. My partner could only just fit into the shower, and you couldn't move whilst you were in there. The toilet appeared broken when we arrived, and we did ask for it to be fixed, which they did, but it was still very difficult when sitting on it to move, due to its size. Also there was only one double socket in the entire room, which had a six way extension attached to it

We stayed in room 16 which is a family room. Very spacious. Nicely decorated. A couple of minor issues in the bathroom. Hole in wall behind door, trim incomplete round shower. Only other issue was parking. As a disabled person we struggled because we couldnt get parked in the hotel so had quite a walk to our car. Would definitely return.
