Birthday Surprise!

Enjoyed a few days at the Belmont Hotel in Llandudno. We had a lovely comfortable room with a fantastic view of Llandudno Bay. Breakfast was excellent and all the staff very polite and helpful. Would certainly recommend this hotel and definitely return when we're in North Wales again.

Very welcoming , helpful and friendly staff. Some areas in need of redecorating and perhaps a little tired. Some 'stuff ' left about and the re,-cycling bins in the breakfast self service area perhaps a little out of place . Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. We would return.

We cannot fault The Belmont , staff go anove and beyond to make your stay perfect. Thank you to the lovely lady on reception she is a credit to the hotel. Breakfast was the best ive ever had in a hotel. Would definitely recommend.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel. The rooms are lovely and have exactly what we need - great attention to detail. The location is perfect, only a small walk into Llandudno. The staff are always helpful on hand to assist and go above and beyond! Would definitely stay again!

Brill Belmont.

Had a lovely stay at The Belmont, this was not planned as we had left our other hotel. I'll review that hotel later. But the Belmont was brilliant. Great staff and caring lovely people, committed to make your stay perfect. We've booked again when checking out.

A really lovely hotel but unfortunately my husband and I didn’t get much sleep at all on both nights! The staff are very friendly and do what they can but we were there to watch a show so we’re really tired through lack of sleep and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable which was a big problem as both my husband and I really suffer with back pain! My husband is disabled and also has extreme neuropathy throughout his body so was so uncomfortable and the room was a lot colder than we would have liked it to be. In a brighter note it was in close proximity to all the amenities and we did enjoy our little trip to celebrate my husbands birthday. I must say though that the hotel is clean and the staff try very hard to help you out at a drops notice. They were able to advise us on many things and nothing was true trouble for them which I feel is priceless!!

Great location and service - nice rooms though would be nice to be able to control heating in the room. Only reason for 4 rather than 5 would be due to no parking - not the hotel fault but would have been icing on cake.

Excellent in every way.

Lovely hotel. Very clean and well decorated. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best we've had. Staff friendly and efficient especially the young man managing breakfast.
