Decent hotel
The stay was fine. Heating didn't work, other guests very loud. Towels were lovely and soft and shower was great.

This hotel is located in the center of Liverpool and has convenient transportation. However, because it is located on Bar Street, it is noisy at night and the soundproofing of the rooms is average. There was a slight problem during my two-night stay. There was no staff to clean the room. However, when I asked the clerk, the attitude of the clerk was clear. Friendly and courteous, arrangements are made quickly. If you have large luggage, be aware that there is no elevator.

Convenient for an overnight stay
We had a nice time staying at the hotel. Being near all the shops, bars and restaurants made it an ideal location, the beds were big and comfy to sleep in and the shower was very nice. Only issue was it was extremely hot in the room, but there were fans which we appreciated. Would stay here again.

A happy stay
A very stylish hotel, the room was clean and well maintained. The staff levels are very low and I had to phone to gain access for checking in even after being contacted to find out what time I was arriving. The few staff I did encounter were very friendly and helpful. The hotel didn't seem have any access for guests with mobility issues, no lifts and a lot of stairs.

beautiful room needs storage space
Comfy beds. Excellent staff, especially Louise! Good location but noisy on the weekend. Beautiful room less comfortable than it should be due to woeful lack of storage--no counters in bathroom (by sink or bath), no closet or drawer space (just a wire with four hangers), no suitcase stand. Inadequate reading lights by beds. Curtainless shower is a mistake. P.S. hotel entrance very hard to find!! It's not on Bold Street.

The property itself is fine. The rooms are also fine. The walls are paper thin though so two things happen. You can hear everything going on in the hallway like it’s happening in your room. Also, street noise is awful. If you’re there on a weekend don’t expect to get to sleep until 4:00am because you can hear someone smoking outside that’s how thin the walls are. People are coming in and out intoxicated and loud until 3::00am-4:00am. This is not the place to stay if you expect to sleep at a reasonable time or have a family. A lot different during the week though.

Really nice stay
The hotel is brand new and everything was spotlessly clean during the visit. I was upgraded on arrival which was nice, my room was large and very comfortable. The staff were so nice and helpful- there is no lift so a lady helped me take my suitcase upstairs which was really nice. The only negatives about my experience was the jazz music from the bar below which was vibrating through my floors which was okay because it only went on until 10.30ish and there was an instance where I needed to be let in but there’s not always someone at reception (atleast when I was there). But my overall stay was enjoyable and would definitely stay again!
