Absolutely terrible place to stay!

I had horrible experience whilst staying at Ullet Suites for one night last week (1st June 2014). Firstly the hotel is unmanned and requires you to have two key codes first to get into the hallway and then to get into your room. Whilst this isn't a problem in itself - this means there is no one to complain to if you have any issues. Also the doors are not very secure and I very much doubt that the codes are changed daily. Secondly the room does not have the basic requirement of soap for the bathroom. I had to go out and purchase some. Thirdly the windows are not secure. I was staying on the ground floor and groups of drunken people congregated outside my window for most of the night. Fourthly it was impossible to turn our heating off. I couldn't sleep because the room was so hot but I was literally afraid to open the window in case someone tried to enter. Fifthly I tried to call the 'supposed 24hr line' over 100 times in the night because of these issues and just got line engaged. It was obvious that the phone had been taken off the hook as people did not want to deal with these issues on a Saturday night. Sixthly a fight broke out outside in the hallway between two residents and the police were called. I have called the telephone line several times to report my issues. I finally got through to someone who promised me that a manager would call me the next day. They never did. I've tried to follow up on a few occasions but either I can't get through to someone or I am told a manager will call me but they never do. Basically if you want to feel save in your hotel room don't stay here!

Terrible

The room was just a room in an old building. There were no staff, no one to greet you. Way over priced, door falling off its hingers TV didn't work, only thing in its favour it was reasonably clean. Very disappointed.

Mukava hotelli.

Todella mukava hotelli, vaikkei ihan perinteinen hotelli ollut. Kun varaa kannattaa olla itse yhteydessä sinne koska heillä ei ole minkäänlaista vastaanotto tiskiä ja ainut henkilökunta joka siellä on on päivittäinen siivooja. Huone oli todella miellyttävä ja hyvä bussi yhteys keskustaan. Ihan Sefton parkin vieressä ja pienen kävely matkan päässä Lark lanesta. Suosittelen lämpimästi.

Nous avons été dans cet hôtel un groupe de 4 amis. Il n'y a pas de réception, attention à bien noté le code de l'entrée reçu par e-mail. Et attention c'est hôtel n'est pas au centre, il faut prendre un taxi pour s'y rendre.
