Very noisy in surrounding area - loud music in buildings nearby until 4.30 am. Window wasn’t very good at helping to keep the noise out. The room and hotel itself were fine - but I wouldn’t book this hotel or any others in this area again due to the noise

Noisy from the night club opposite. We also had a very noisy room next door that was having a party with around 20 people in. I complained and complained in the morning, however the receptionist didn’t seem too interested.

No ventilation
The rooms have no ventilation and the rooms are outdated . The beds are very old and make alot of noise. Double rooms consist of 2 single beds joined together. Staff are unhelpful and rude.so if you have breathing issues stay away from this hotel. BW hotel have some of the worst hotels

Other than the racket from Concert Square a great hotel to stay at. Always Professional Reception Team. Quality rooms and services. As a VIP I appreciate the late checkout and coffee.

Great - just a few issues to be aware of.
The room was great as were the staff. The only thing that let it down was: - the room was really warm. No air con. - I didn’t have towels and when I asked for some I was given a hand towel. - there was no toiletries in the shower. I know I could have asked for some but, at that point I was standing in the shower already wet. The staff were fantastic and the location was good too. It’s a little noisy on a Saturday night but I know the location so was expecting it.
