Overall good stay
Front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly, very quick check in. Room was clean and modern, surprisingly spacious for a cheap room. Very close to bars and clubs so the sound may bother light sleepers, but is very handy if you are looking for a night out in the city centre.

It was a very comfortable experience and what a l needed! It was very close to where l was going to in the city, so that was helpful. I definitely stay again! Although l was entitled to a VIP gift l didnt get or wasn't informed about it on my arrival or departure Thanks

Excellent location for a great price
Excellent location near all things touristic. The area is slightly "Urban" with a number of homeless folk camping in the very near vicinity. The receptionists were very quick and helpful and friendly . The rooms surprisingly spacious for such a good price. Perfect for a short stay.

Absolutely Shocking for a 4 Star !!!
Ok so the hotel from outside and in reception looks great but the rooms !!! We first arrived and was given our room key so went to the room to find 3 single beds and a dressing table and that was it in a large room ??? We had booked a double bed and one single ?? Went back to reception and complained and was told it’s because we booked though Hotels.com we couldn’t be guaranteed a room with double bed and single ? I then got out my phone and showed them a wats app that showed a message from the hotel direct saying I have booked a room with double bed and single and if I want 3 singles then to message them ! I didn’t message them so why did I get this other room ?? So I got given another room which was the exact same room but 1 floor up .. this had a double bed and single which was great but the room literally had no furniture in it other than beds and dressing table !!! The best bit was there were double doors instead of a window that opened up to give us 10cm of gap for air and the view was amazing !! A brick wall literally 5 metres away from the doors !!!!??? Beds uncomfortable and the bath was soooo dirty .. all in all a complete waste of money !! Also the double bed was pushed up against the wall on one side 😂😂😂 Honestly do not stay here .. it was awful !

Reliably good. Too noisy towards the front of the hotel for me. Concert Square side: Fine if you are partying but if you are working late, no. I've joined the Best Western club so perhaps an upgrade or some goodies are imminent.

The room was a nice size...the bed was very comfortable, the decor was beautiful, in particular the colour scheme in bedroom and the wall mirror light surround...2 downsides were the noise from Generator/Boiler Room at back of Hotel. Other downside was the bar area, it could be a nice bar, if it was managed...never saw anyone use it during our 3 night stay. However we are re-booking for another 3 night break for next week. My partner, from Slovakia cried when leaving, she was overwhelmed by the Hotel and friendly staff. Also the location is perfect for shops, bars and restaurants.
