We had booked & confirmed an early check-in which we were then informed was on a 'If avail' basis only. I showed the confirmation email to the staff. They went above & beyond to remedy the matter & within mins we had our early check-in at no charge due to the mix-up. Rooms were somewhat disappointing, bathroom floor appeared dirty & no walk-in shower; bathtub as shower floor only. Expected more from a modern hotel. Lobby & dining areas are spacious & comfortable. Staff could not be more friendly & helpful.

Very nice hotel. Very clean, in great location, excellent dining options. Staff was friendly. Our room on 13th floor had great view on Anfield stadium. The lobby was very large, interesting looking, and lots of seating and places to work.

Excellent service provided by the Novotel team, upgraded us to the Studio room free of charge. Good location if you want to stay a little bit outside the city centre. Newly developed area with paid parking facilities nearby. Anfield was a 10 mins taxi ride away.
