Two days in Liverpool

Staff very impressive,; from the friendly efficient welcome at reception to the catering staff who responded to every request with a 'anything else i can help you with' Impressive. Room was just brilliant - obviously designed by someone who actually stayed in hotels (unlike most hotels - sadly) Bed was very comfortable. Could not find any fault whatsoever. Well done to all.

Overall a nice clean property with good breakfast. The only downside is the rooms are VERY small, not much room to navigate around the bed(s) and bathroom.

Girls trip

We arrived 10am and our room was not ready so reception took our bags for storage until room was ready. Breakfast was still on and they were happy for us to grab a coffee before headed out. They gave us 2 adjoining rooms which was great too. Rooms perfect, clean, light bright and airy. Kettle and amazing toiletries. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in shower and soap and lotion at sink. Bathroom very modern and bath towels generous size. Breakfast options were super, juices, water, cereals, and breads and hot options. And a good coffee machine for whatever your preference. And also ‘to go’ bags so can make a sandwich to go, or pop a couple of blueberry/choc muffins in. And a big shout out to Jess… day 2 out and about and couldn't find my phone so friend rang hotel. Jess took the call, and then went up to check room and rang friend back to confirm it was in the room. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely go back.

Stayed here one night for a University Open Day visit. It was convenient, comfortable and the staff were friendly, helpful, caring and even helped with a minor bit of first aid. They were great advocates for the hotel and Liverpool. Lovely breakfast and an easy walk to the University after a good comfortable night’s sleep.

Excellent stay

Excellent stay, hotel was busy but room was very quiet. Had a great two nights sleep. Breakfast was busy but we did go down in the last hour and we were told it was the busiest time. Staff very polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
