Local breakfast cafes and bars walking distance. Crosby village is located a mere 7 miles from the city center whilst also providing cafes, bars, parks and the marina. The property is a 200m walk from Blundellsands train station with direct access to the city center.

The home to the Grand National at Aintree Racecourse is also 5 miles away and is easily accessed by train/ taxi.

To the north we have Formby and Freshfield that offer great walks along the sand dunes or alternatively why not try the local red squirrel walking trail exploring the beautiful woodlands.
