Offering a wonderful blend of traditional country style and charm blended with modern day comforts, Court House is spacious and quite uniquely complete with a private sauna. The ground floor comprises of a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen/dining area perfect for cooking and serving up a storm. The bedrooms are located on the first floor, with two double and a twin, all beautifully decorated and furnished to a high standard, there’s also a bathroom on this floor which features both a shower cubicle and bath. On the second floor is a quirky second living area with a wooden clad vaulted ceiling, and where you’ll find the sauna together with a further shower room. Outside, the property benefits from a lawned garden with garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee in serene surroundings whilst listening to birdsong.
Halsall is a pretty village in the heart of west Lancashire midway between the bustling market town of Ormskirk and the Victorian seaside resort of Southport. Cyclists and walkers can explore for miles along this part of the Leeds and Liverpool Canal and golf enthusiasts can enjoy a game at Hesketh Golf Club which has stunning views over the Irish Sea or the world-renowned Royal Birkdale. For those who enjoy history and culture, the nearby city of Liverpool offers a wealth of museums, galleries, and historic buildings, including the famous Liver Building and the Liverpool cathedral. Aside from golf the seaside town of Southport offers miles of sandy beaches, traditional seaside attractions, and a bustling pier. It also hosts a number of annual events such as the famous Air Show, Southport Flower Show, and the British Musical Fireworks Championships. The beaches of Ainsdale and Formby are also easily accessible and then further afield, the city of Manchester and the Trafford Centre, Lancaster and the South Lakes can be reached in around an hour.
