This garden fronted terraced house, refurbished in December 2022 offers modern, clean accommodation for up to 4 guests. Located in St Helens it is close to main roads and motorways, offering easy access to Warrington, Skelmersdale, Wigan, Haydock and Widnes.

One enters into the cosy living room with comfortable leather sofas and wall mounted TV. This leads to the adjacent dining room, often used by guests as an office, and through there one enters the modern, fitted kitchen. The kitchen has a washing machine, fridge/freezer and microwave along with a range of cooking utensils so you may prepare and enjoy home cooked meals throughout your stay. On the ground floor, there is also a plush bathroom with a full length, walk in shower.

On the first floor there are 2 comfortable bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, wardrobes and bedside drawers. For longer stays, it may be possible to combine 2 beds to create a large double bed.

There is free street parking in front of or close to the house and a couple of grocery shops within walking distance, whilst larger supermarkets are only a short drive away.
