Once we arrived, they gave us a room at the very end of the hallway. The hallway had a loud mildew smell that also was in our room. The refrigerator didn’t work. I asked to be moved to another room and I was the room had a smell in it as well. Overall I felt Safe Location very convenient to the mall and other shopping areas.

Old and outdated but it's a decent property. They seem to be trying to fix it but it's got a ways to go, seems like an old building. Very nice staff though and clean overall at least in the rooms. Nice TV. Good for the price.

It was absolutely terrible we were in the middle of a hurricane like wind and the building itself is not OSHA safe and I have requested a full refund and I wish for you to follow up on it because I want to full refund
