No chairs in room. Neighborhood not safe. Police frequent parking lot. Air vents nasty. Cig holes in blankets. Smelled of cigarette smoke even though nonsmoking. No microwave in kitchenette. No dishes and only one small trash can.

When we arrived we had to wait a good while for someone to come to the front to check in. The room had burn holes in the drapes. I’ve stayed in many hotels and it was definitely the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The lock on the door was loose. The paint/wallpaper is coming off of the walls.

The property was not at all like what was represented online. It did not even have a comforter and the blanket had holes in them. Was not the cleanest place. Very noisy with people yelling and drinking in the parking lot. People knock on your door in the middle of the night. I did not finish my stay I left early.

The room felt gross there was blood and brown stains on the bathroom door and someone had written on the lamp shade that the bed bugs bite.

Clean, comfortable room on shabby, ill-maintained grounds. Single or female travellers might well consider the location unsafe: property seemed to attract non-guests who hungout by stairwells. Would not recommend were I staying in Little Rock AR, but okay for our overnight crashpad on a crosscountry trip. Quiet, comfortable room: got a good night's sleep.

1 star rating is being very generous.
I knew going in it was a 1 star place, but was hoping the ratings were overboard. Nope. Where do I start: 1. 1 towel: period. 2. 1 bar of soap, but no shampoo, etc. 3. The floor was sticky. I didnt' dare take my tennis shoes off. 4. There were small gnats in the room. 5. Although the bed appeared clean, the blanket had a large cigarette hole in it. So much for non-smoking rooms. 6. There was one ice machine for the entire place and it didn't work. 7. There was an armed security guard who patrolled the hotel. What kind of place needs a 24 hour, armed security guard. 8. The shower had very poor water pressure so it takes a while to get yourself clean. One would think the owners would address the previous 1 star rating, but maybe they are happy with the clients they routinely get. Not one I'll be back to.
