I was robbed and my vehicle was vandalized on the designated hotel parking lot. The security camera was not dependable enough to record the whole parking lot. It was like someone knew where the blindspots were.

The stay was nice. I loved the spacious room. A light fixture was broken in the room and one of the snacks I purchased was expired. The front desk was attentive to my concerns and resolved them with ease.

I sincerely appreciated the kindness extended to us, both on the phone and in person. Our special requests were not a problem, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was wonderful, quiet, clean, and very spacious. I so appreciated having such a nice place to stay and look forward to visiting there again.

Great Location - Easy to Everything
This hotel was in a great location, parking was easy and dining options around the hotel were plentiful. The room was spacious and quiet which I appreciated. I had to call twice to have the room made up which was a bummer since I was there four days, three nights. When the maid came, she was wonderful and my room was very clean.

Staff was friendly & helpful. Continental breakfast was really good! Our room was quiet & comfortable & clean. Convenient walk to tons of restaurants. They did charge $11 for parking but my experience was so good I'm going to let that go. 5 stars!

Our room was clean except for a can of beer left in the fridge and a packet of coffee hanging from our light fixture. Not sure what was going on there. The beds were super firm. The pullout mattress had no padding. We had to put a comforter on it but it was still straight springs. Customer service was good. The employees were polite.
