Dirty and stained carpets throughout. Stained furniture in room. Clogged drain in bathroom. Parking lot and renovations/repairs shoddy looking. I expected better property conditions from an IHG property and that’s why I had chosen it and decided to pay the extra but was disappointed.

The worst Holiday Inn Express I've stayed In
Room smelled of mildew - Check AC units for mold. Ceilings very low in hallways and rooms (I'm only 5ft tall) Front desk staff not friendly, no greeting, seemed inconvenienced by us. Bathroom sink not draining well, Toilet seat smaller than bowl which was uncomfortable and odd looking. Breakfast lady was AWESOME and super nice!

They told me my hotel.com charge did not go through and asked me to sign for payment. Next day I noticed I was double charged. Also the air filter was hanging loose out of the ceiling, doors were difficult to close and lock. Hotel not in good repair.

The area around the hotel was littered and unkept. The room itself was clean but desperately in need of minor repairs (paint, grout, toilet was broken).

The desk clerk waa very nice. However, the room i stayed in had two entrances (one from each hallway). The door to the back hall made me feel unsafe since I solo. I put my suitcase in front of it but still did not sleep good. The carpets were nit clean. This Holiday Inn is in need of a big overhaul! I had an early flight and breakfast was not open. It woukd have been nice to have a bagged breakfast given at checkout.

Air was not working so given another room. Vanessa at breakfast is fantastic at her job. Effecient and friendly. A Gem. Metal extension on bed frame was sticking out and caught my leg causing injury and cut my leg.
