Staff was very helpful and nice. That ol' elevator still isn't fixed though. And boy is it a long hike with suitcases to the 4th floor when you're 70 years old.

The rooms do not have mini-fridges. I had medication that needed to be refrigerated so that was a problem.

Elevator wasn’t working and I had a sprained ankle. They did have 2nd floor room at the end of a long hallway. Rooms (using mine as reference) could use a refresh. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast, starting at 4am was very good with lots of choices. Staff was prompt and friendly.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel many times before and have never had issues. This stay we arrived and from arrival at the check-in desk there was no friendly greeting to say the least. Employees were dressed in t-shirts and leggings/jeans, no name tags or badges. There was no available clean room so we had to wait an hour before we could get a room. We sat in the lobby while waiting for a room where I was talked to very rudely what could have been the manager but again no one was wearing name tags. I felt almost attacked. Will not be back again!!
