Mixed feelings about our stay at this Best Bester
Disappointing first impression based on the rude welcoming by the young lady at the front desk. I had a Best Western $50 certificate that I presented was not accepted because I prepaid for the room. I received the gift card after I made the reservation I wanted a credit to the account. How she handled the situation was totally unprofessional. When it comes to the hotel itself I found it to be very clean and the delux room I chose had all the amenities listed in the description on the website. The bed was a pillowtop king bed that was very comfortable and so were the pillows. As to the area, the hotel is easy to get to right off the highway. There is a gas station next yo the hotel as well as a McDonalds and a waffle house also walkable. It is an isolated area. We did venture out and went to the town itself and found a gem of a restaurant called The Grumpy Rabbit. The food and service were excellent. Main meal will cost you in $30 dollar range but well worth it. I suggest you call and make reservations. The manager named Kevin was wonderful and also gave us an interesting bit of info about Lonoke. It has the largest numbrr if gold fish farms The gold fish are sold to main cat food companies. Interesting.

Sadly, the hotel took our reservation of a King room but couldnt keep it so we arrived and had to accept another room less comfortable. We prefer BW for many tessons and had enjoyed this hotel multiple times in the last month as we moved out of state. We will now seek a hotel elsewhere. Week before internet was down and although we checked in online ahead of time, we still had to wait nearly an hour in the wee hours of the morning to get our room.

Convenient despite hiccup
Stayed here multiple times, quiet and comfortable. Great hot breakfast options. This time we got in very kate afyer midnight. I responded to the text to expedite the check in process including uploading drivers license. When we arrived, internet was down. Was not able to check in for 30-45 minutes until internet was back up. Hotel needs a back up system for guests at times like that. We were exhausted and just needed our room. The efforts i did didnt seem to make chexking easier and i still had to show my DL again. We would stay agin despite the issue.

Stayed multiple times during a move from OK to TN. Conveniently located to restaurants, gas station, hwy and Walmart. Courteous front staff although process of checkin took longer than expected. We did travel with 7 and needed 3 rooms so that may be why. Great hot bfast options with 2 waffle makers, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Cereal options not great. Eating area a bit snug. We'd stay again.
