Somewhat loud at night from the nightlife however you are located right in the heart of activities. Host was very helpful and the room very nice. Nice daily treats or fruit and various foods offered too.

The room was fantastic and even included laundry and kitchen; however you should know it's just next to a tourist attraction, Pink Street, and one night was very loud all night long.

The property consists of 10 rooms right at the end of Pink Street. Pink Street has bars and activity until 5-6 am so be prepared for some of that noise however the rooms are well insulated. The bonus is the House on Pink Street is owned by a hotel a block away named Corpo Santo where you can get coffee, happy hour wine and other goodies including 24 hour soft serve cream. The room is comfortable with good bedding, washing machine and fool kitchen. You are walking distance to water front, shopping up the hill and all the restaurants in the downtown area. A nice place if you don’t mind the bars crowd late into the night.

Great apartment in great location with excellent service and amenities. I would stay there again and recommend that anyone else stay there. I think it has been one of the hotels with the best service I have ever received and I have stayed at a lot of hotels.

Loved the stay. The room is spacious and well appointed with comfortable bed and furniture, as well as amenities, like laundry and complete kitchen. I wanted for nothing during the stay. The staff was very helpful, not only with the room, but also with local information. They even left treats and snacks for me. The location is close to the train station for excursions to Belém, Estoril, and Cascais. The location is walking distance to Chiado and Alfama, and lots of tourist sites.

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment itself is just the right amount of space and accessible in every way. However what made it sooooo much better was the host Joanna.’ She stayed in constant communication with us and truly cared about how we are enjoying our time, helped all the way and even followed up after we left. She is a gem. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who likes to have a good stay in Lisbon.

This was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Don’t let the outside/neighbourhood fool you. It is very modern on the inside - on par with any high end boutique hotel. It’s also very quiet as the have upgraded windows and soundproof shutters. Our room was spacious, very clean and many nice touches such as free coffee, water and snacks. In addition, the owners dropped off homemade cupcakes one day!! You’ll never find that in a large hotel. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a luxurious stay in Lisbon.

A home away from home in the heart of the city
Amazing location, convenient to everything you need - the seaside, center of town, Time Out Lisboa and, of course, Pink Street with all its bars. The property’s association with the Corpo Santo 5-star hotel is an added benefit given all its amenities, including 24/7 soft-serve ice cream! One of the manager’s, Joana, is exceptional and provides amazing service, before, during, and after your stay. The apartments have everything you need as well to create a home away from home!

When this hotel came up on a search I hesitated as there weren't a lot of reviews but they were all superb so I decided to book it and I am so glad I did. We had a 2 storey, 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 pullout couches, a full kitchen and dining and seating area. The apartment was gorgeous and tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds. Each day Joana ensured we were well taken care of, checking in on us, offering helpful suggestions and recommendations and leaving us with some special treats. She was always a message away if we ever needed anything and was absolutely phenomenal. Joana is a superb host and we felt so welcome. If that weren't enough, we had access to the facilities at The Corpo Santo Hotel, a lovely hotel around the corner. My kids loved a daily stop in the lobby for ice cream and candy while my partner and I enjoyed trying a new wine each night at their evening reception. The 2 gentlemen serving each evening were so kind, especially to my kids, making sure they had lots of ice cream with all the toppings imaginable. We also loved the spa after a long day of walking. The hotel offers 2 walking tours each day. We did the morning tour with Ana and Tomas, which was fabulous. With the House on Pink Street we got the best of both worlds - a spacious apartment to hold a family with the benefits of a hotel. I can't reccommend this enough and wouldn't hesitate to book here again on our next trip. This is truly a hidden gem!

Centrally located to historical neighborhoods, transportation and numerous dining options. Joana does an amazing job of communicating and helping insure your stay is what you want it to be answering all questions with a big smile. Tara did a great job of taking care of my room and Ana provided a free walking tour courtesy of the hotel that was fun and informative. The room had everything you would need to do laundry or self cater if you wanted to do that. Everything was new and modern.

Everything about the house on pink street was wonderful, especially Joana, the manager. The apartment, 5B, was huge. Plenty of space for my family of 5. Two large bathrooms and a convenient washer. We were in Portugal for two weeks and it was great to do a quick load. Joana provided snacks on three of our days. She stocked the fridge with waters and soda too to start us off. I was worried about the possibility of noise especially being there on a Saturday, and it was fine. It did not impede us sleeping comfortably. Also, 24 hour ice cream and snacks and waters at the sister hotel, corpo santo, right up the street)

I never write reviews. I hate that the pettiness of random, non-expert strangers can make or break small businesses. But my (35M) stay here with my wife (31F) was so amazing I'm defying my own rule, because it set a standard for comfort and hospitality that will be hard for any other hotel to match moving ahead. It was the best. The room was high-ceilinged, modern and clean; the rainhead shower was luxurious; there were thoughtful offerings in the bathroom (shaving kit, q-tips) and kitchenette (free soft drinks, beers, Nespresso, and waters, and a much-used freezer); there are sound-blockers that can be closed over the windows, and even though you're right on Pink Street’s amazing bar scene, it was notably quiet inside. If you live in a city you’ll be more than OK. The bed was as comfy as any I’ve ever slept in. I'm 6'2' and was worried about the footboard, but there was plenty of room. Most crucially, the powerful air conditioning was a godsend in scorching Lisbon, and we slept fabulously. Our concierges Veronica and Joana were phenomenal, checking in and responding quickly on WhatsApp. They speedily resolved a minor WiFi problem and then offered us luxurious breakfast at sister hotel Corpo Santo, which had some of the warmest staff I've ever met. And all this at great value, in a convenient location. I know: this sounds like exaggeration. We also wondered: is this real? But HOTPS really was THAT good. Book without hesitation—I’ll stake my first-ever review on that.
