The Space:
The main bedroom offers queen size bed accommodation, with an on suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, which can be made up to form one king size bed. Both bedrooms have direct access to the pool deck. Main bathroom (en-suite) with bath and shower over; second bathroom with walk in shower.
The beautifully designed open-plan kitchen with eat in table and chairs comes fully equipped with microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge & freezer, kettle & toaster, coffee making machine and more than enough utensils for making home cooked meals during your stay. Fantastic private space for a special vacation.
Cosy living room is decorated in neutral tones, with comfortable with oversized sofa and chaise lounge chair. It has direct access and overlooks the pool and deck - a mini oasis in Cascais! The living room offers seating for 6, and the dining table will seat 6 as well.
The designer poolside deck with lounge chairs, sun shade and BBQ offers all you need for a relaxing stay.
Iron & ironing board, hair-dryer, air-conditioning offers hot and cold controls, wifi and cable tv offering many international channels.
Guest Access:
Just a 5 min walk to the centre of Cascais where you have the marina, train station and the local square with plenty of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and speciality shops.
The Neighborhood:
Located on R. Joaquim Ereira, the property is in a well-established and serene part of Cascais. The neighborhood offers a blend of residential calm and urban convenience. Within walking distance, you'll find a variety of amenities such as supermarkets, cafes, and boutique shops. The nearby Cascais Shopping Center provides a comprehensive shopping experience. For those interested in outdoor activities, the stunning Guincho Beach and the lush Parque Marechal Carmona are easily accessible. The area is rich in culture, with art galleries and museums like the Casa das Histórias Paula Rego offering a glimpse into local art and history.
Getting Around:
A car is not needed, though there is parking just outside of this property on the street. Free. You do not need it to get into the center, which is about 10 minutes walk into the heart. Shops, grocery, dining, cafés, etc. are within 5 min. walk. The train to Lisbon and along the coast, and the bus to Sintra are also within a 10 min. walk.
Other Things to Note:
Our properties are self-catering, but we do make all beds up with linen and towels as well as provide basic amenities such as toilet rolls and soaps for a day or two.
If you would like to have additional sets of linen or need to hire baby or beach equipment, we have an array of amenities we can offer. Please ask us for more information. Alternatively, your guest area will also have these items once you have booked. We are also able to arrange airport transfers and day trips with baby seats if needed.

Tourist Tax:
Local municipalities have introduced a Tourist Tax, requiring hosts to collect from tourists staying in accommodations such as hotels, B&Bs, or vacation rentals. * Please note, the legal quiet times are between 23:00 to 07:00. Please limit noise (phone calls, TV, etc.)

* Pets are not allowed at any of our properties regardless of size or behaviour as it is part of our agreement with our owners.
