Gorgeous, well located
Loved this hotel! Would stay here again. Could not have a better location -- steps off the Metro and close to restaurants and the waterfront. We visited in the off season, so I won't speak to value versus price in summer (don't know) -- but for our visit, it was a great price for the value. The rooms were so chic and thoughtfully laid out. I had a bit of noise from my neighbors to one side, but it didn't ruin the experience overall.

This Place is a Gem
On the plus side, we chose this hotel based on location and it did not disappoint. Lots of great attractions next door or down the street. Great options for dining just a short walk away. The hotel's decor is modern and simple, but very elegant. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and excellent quality sheets. The room was very clean and well appointed. The one item that needed work was that the floor was a bit noisy to walk on. Otherwise, this is a gem and we would recommend it completely.

Lovely little hotel in perfect location. The staff were so friendly and helpful when I arrived. The room was nicely appointed and the bathroom was absolutely spotless! The complimentary mini bar stocked with water, soda and beer was greatly appreciated as was the in room Nespresso machine. I will continue to stay at this hotel on future visits to Lisbon.

The staff at Pestana Rua Augusta are fantastic. We noted in our reservation we were coming for a special birthday trip. After we checked in the staff delivered a bottle of champagne and a chocolate cake board for us to share. The check-in staff were also great and accommodating. The lobby and facility is clean and welcoming. Rooms are spacious and clean. We were surprised that the busy and bustling street wasn’t too loud from our corner first floor room. The glass bathroom door is a bit of an odd choice but is fine if you’re traveling as a couple. We would recommend and would stay here again if we are back in Lisbon.
