It was overlooking a beautiful square where a Christmas Market was going on. A little noisy..but it is in the heart of Old Town! Room was quite small but bed very comfortable and shower was nice and strong. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Loved the welcome Port and Pastel de nata!

Room was small but very clean and beds comfortable, we were disappointed to have a room overlooking the back alley where homeless people were sleeping, we requested a view of the square

Staff were lovely and very helpful when asked for help. We had to leave early before breakfast started and they provided us with a breakfast box with food to eat on the train. The room we had was small but it was not an issue for us since we spent most of our time seeing the sites while there. We had a a nice stay. Thank you.

The Hotel staff is absolutely amazing if anyone complains about them they have issues they go absolutely out of the way to make your trip amazing from start to finish. You need to book day trips they will help you fully I would recommend this hotel to anyone also there staff always greet you with kindness and lots of smiles they make you day complete do not change nothing stay humble and friendly I will visit again thank you for everything

The customer service was great. It was central to all shopping and food and walkable to many points of interest. We had a great stay. A great view from our room. Everything was clean and very acceptable. The only downside was the access to the lobby was in the alley with resident homeless camping out.

A lovely stay in Lisbon
This hotel is centrally located with lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff, especially Philips and Penelope, were extremely kind and helpful, offering great dinner recommendations. It was lovely being offered port wine and a pastel de nata upon arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel right by Rossio Plaza and train station. The room was small but clean and with a comfortable bed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be nicer. It’s unfortunate for them that several stores right across from the hotel are closed and look abandoned and there is a little settlement of homeless men living there. But they didn’t bother anyone and it never felt dangerous. I would recommend the hotel.

Hotel Nicola Rossio is very conveniently located for walking to shopping, extensive dining options, transportation and sight-seeing many of the popular features of old town Lisbon. Our room was clean, comfortable and modern with a view overlooking Rossio Square. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good.
