The location is very convenient to all areas of interest. There’s a cafe where they have breakfast and other options. The room was comfortable and pleasant.

The location is very convenient to everything. The room was very small but functional. Water in the shower tended to overflow because it doesn’t drain fast enough. Staff was very professional and helpful. Place is very clean. We felt very safe inside the hotel. However, we did not feel as safe at night walking back to the hotel as it is dark and there’s an abandoned building a few steps from the hotel that attracts homeless people.

The only things I didn’t like was the shampoo was combined with body wash and it was like water. The other thing was that the shower didn’t drain properly, so you were still standing in water when the water is off

Staff was super friendly. Hotel is close to many tourist attractions. Staff in the front desk helped us to book guided tour to Sintra. The tour guide was excellent! Overall we had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel and hopefully we can come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. Staff was excellent, very helpful. Location was great, centrally located. Room was was on smaller side but well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was good with a good variety of food to choose from. Would definitely recommend. Will definite stay here upon return visit to Lisbon.

Hotel is very well managed, Staff are super helpful and friendly. They even sent a beautiful cake for my husband’s birthday, they helped us to book tour and recommended excellent restaurants. House keeper is doing a great job to keep room clean and tidy and hotel is close to transportation, shopping, sightseeing and restaurants.

It was overlooking a beautiful square where a Christmas Market was going on. A little noisy..but it is in the heart of Old Town! Room was quite small but bed very comfortable and shower was nice and strong. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Loved the welcome Port and Pastel de nata!

Staff were lovely and very helpful when asked for help. We had to leave early before breakfast started and they provided us with a breakfast box with food to eat on the train. The room we had was small but it was not an issue for us since we spent most of our time seeing the sites while there. We had a a nice stay. Thank you.

The Hotel staff is absolutely amazing if anyone complains about them they have issues they go absolutely out of the way to make your trip amazing from start to finish. You need to book day trips they will help you fully I would recommend this hotel to anyone also there staff always greet you with kindness and lots of smiles they make you day complete do not change nothing stay humble and friendly I will visit again thank you for everything

The customer service was great. It was central to all shopping and food and walkable to many points of interest. We had a great stay. A great view from our room. Everything was clean and very acceptable. The only downside was the access to the lobby was in the alley with resident homeless camping out.
