Staff was very friendly. The room was small but comfortable and nice. We left some of our things behind by accident and they emailed us to let us know, the honesty was appreciated and we were able to retrieve our things. I would absolutely stay here again!

Loved this hotel. This is a small hotel but nice staff, room was comfortable, efficient air conditioning, and comfortable bed. We were on 4th floor with view of a brick wall next door but didn't care because not in our room much. The location is excellent, right among many popular areas but was quiet for sleeping. Have to pay for the breakfast there or many choices at nearby pastry shops. There are 2 other Sister My Story book hotels that seemed nice and you get a discount to eat at one right across the street. We noticed in Portugal the hotels do not have washcloths, Just hand size or large bath towels.

First time in Lisbon and staying at My Story Hotel Augusta was great, location location, you can beat it, walkable to many places, shopping, Fado, Castles, etc, room on the small side but very clean, staff super friendly, great breaksfast, buffet style with many choices at a reasonable price, definetely would stay here again

The location was in the heart of the city and right below the street bustled with people, restaurants and shops. We had a room in the corner, which was quite spacious, bathroom was large and shower was great. We found the bed super comfortable. Ultimately, the hotel organised a unsolicited birthday surprise, which showed that they really cared about their guests. When we return to Lisbon again we'll definitely be staying there again.

A great property if you want to be in the thick of it. Tons of shops and restaurants around the hotel. However, because of the location, you also have lots of noise and TONS or tourists. If that's what you want, this is the hotel for you. A bit too busy for me. The hotel itself was very nice and my room was fantastic with amazing A/C....not always the case in Europe so very nice to have. Great restaurant in lobby.
