It was excellent. I would like for them to have more towels and paper towel 😅. As for the rest, the apartment has a fantastic location, close to many popular areas and it has a convenient store, supermarket, and bakeries at 2 min walking distance. Plenty of public transportation also very close by. The personnel is diligent and courteous.

Communication was great. Desk staff were very nice. Excellent location for my travel plans. Felt safe. Furniture and apartment are worn. Table wiggles a lot, bed sags, shower seal is not working well, stains on upholstery, duck tape on kitchen floor to hold corner in place. Needs attention in my opinion for the price.

Good, but room for improvement
Small, wobbly dining table. Equipment in the kitchen was basic ie. no colander, toaster or even a tea towel. Shower needs attention as it leaks and part of the door frame and nearby floorboard are rotting. The bottom of the shower outside is black with mould. However, it is 5 minutes walk from a metro station and public transport is good. Comfortable bed and good quality bedding.

The three of us ladies stayed on the property and were very satisfied with our accommodations; the building was very clean, tidy and we all felt safe coming and going; the location was great walking distance to amenities, groceries, restaurants, wine, Metro, shopping and the beauty of the city; We thoroughly enjoyed what the apartments had to offer, all the amenities as we have at home; the staff were friendly, helpful and were available when we needed; the doors were quite secure, although it took us a few times to figure them out but once we did, they were easy to work with, hence, we felt secure; nice quiet, cozy, quaint wonderful location, we would definitely return. Loved Lisbon, Thanks!

This property was well maintained and had all the amenities of a Luxury apartment in Lisbon! We were able to make our own meals and do laundry while on vacation and have a home feeling while being in walking distance to most tourist attractions. We would return to this apartment in the future!

Great and quiet area. Apartment services seems too expensive. Better to ask yourself a taxi our uber than asking front desk. Every additional service , if needed, too expensive.

The worst place in Europe
When I do check in the lady swapped my bank card for more than 10 times for city tax , I’m sure their pos machine has some problem because I used my 3 different cards , I have asked can I pay later ? And they said no , so pay cash is 4 euros and card is 5 euros ,finally the mashine is working so I went out and then they keep asking my passport I have already gave them my id card they said no, and asked me many times , so what is the difference? Also they coped my bank card details, it’s not safe , more horrible when I get back take a shower so I used the shampoo it smell like urine， I think they did for me on purpose, so I went to the reception and talked them so they don’t care , overall this is toxic hotel , please be aware !

The apartment was very clean and in great conditions. Felt like home. The staff was very accommodating. There are two grocery stores near by plus a metro stop. We will definitely stay there again.
