Unbelievable professionalism from everyone, so refreshing to experience such level of care, and I have to mention Eduardo the Doorman I think its his name, first impressions really are important and Eduardo has greet me and so kindly looked after my luggage. The pool is very unsafe, no rails to get in or out and very slippery. And they charge 10 euros a day to use pool which is very unsafe. The hallways are old and smelly rugs. Restaurant prices are astronomical compare to most restaurants in Lisbon.

Friendly staff and room was clean and comfortable. Hadn’t realised the hotel was alcohol free and that breakfast was meat free. Breakfast was slow to be refilled too. Both main lifts also broke down for a few hours so not ideal when on 5th floor

It was a beautiful room, unfortunately, our refrigerator didn't work, but the staff brought us up buckets of ice to chill out wine. No where in the booking process or website did they say that they do not serve alcohol, so because we like a glass of wine with supper, we had to walk to other restaurants. Also, we did not appreciate the smoking area right out the front doors, so you had to walk through a cloud of smoke to in and out of the hotel. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay with them.

Was my first time at Masa hotel and I recommend to anyone to come. For me was a solo trip and i felt safe, the room was so big actually just for one person, but i felt homi and very comfy. If you want to bring your family, for what i saw, will put a smile on your kids face because is kids friendly too. New welcoming and safe hotel near LIS
I heard that this hotel is relatively new. It's almost 4 km from the Lisbon International Airport. This hotel was easy to check in, helped me out with our bags on a last minute trip prior to the actual start date. The door men were fantastic as well as the reception. If I had to choose something That could stand to be a little better would be at the menu but the meals are delicious..

Good staff who are helpful and want to assist, but breakfast has run out by 9.30am (or most of it at least) and the beds arent the most comfortable in the world. Sauna/spa is okay, but nothing to celebrate. Had a number of issues with spa services as we had a 20% off voucher which led to a series of issues as they had decreased prices 30% for all customers and could not combine and wanted us to ask hitel.com/expedia for the difference (obviously never happening). Beyond that, good location, easy and relaxed
